It was the perfect location . Staff went over and above to ensure you had the perfect stay. Allowed us to leave our bags as we had a late flight (at no additional costs). Ensured we always had tons of water (even on our way home to the airport). Spoke to our taxi driver and made sure we had an excellent fare back to the airport. Always greeting us with a smile. Will definitely stay at this hotel again should we return to New Dehli!

The staff was absolutely helpful and truly went out of the way to make my stay comfortable...be it the manager or even the general manager...special mention and shoutout to Arvind...overall every member of staff I interacted with really were so hospitable.

From the beginning till the end the experience was very amazing, the staff was super supportive and helpful, they assisted us with everything, specially the security Mr. Ajay Kumar Yadav ji he was such a gem and a really kind hearted person, I am really touched by his gesture and his lovely smile I short it's really a nice stay to stay I would recommend you this place

None. Maybe the shower in room 3006 was a bit "temperamental". Sometimes it was hot, sometimes the water was cold.

The staff were all wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Especially Mohan and the doorman...they were both exceptional! There was a lot of choice for breakfast, with cereal and toast and a choice of eggs or an omelette, plus a range of Indian food and fruit.

The rooms could do with an update and are rather overpriced for the area.

The location was excellent. The rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures. Cleanliness, amenities, and room service were up to the mark as well. The continental breakfast was also worth the money it cost. Overall, a comfortable stay!

We made the mistake of giving our clothes for laundry to the hotel. While doing so, we repeatedly asked the staff and the room service for the costs, but every time we were given one reason or the another and told that they aren't aware and will inform us at the end of our stay. Finally, before checking out, we came to know that the cost of washing 4 garments plus some socks, was over 1500 INR. Not only was this exorbitant, but it was also unfair given that we were not informed of the charges in advance.

The restaurant. Breakfasts never changed & the dining area was bland, cold & boring. I only had one dinner there as I was the only diner

Breakfast was not that special compared to the rest of the services in the hotel. The reception was on the first level. When we arrived at the hotel , we took the stairs as we didn't know where the elevator was.

i love their staff most especially i extended my days here until my flight going back to my home country. Love how modern and minimalist this hotel and this is the only hotel that i find good in delhi. thanks to their caring and friendly receptionist and house keeper without them I don’t think i will extended my stay
