None. Maybe the shower in room 3006 was a bit "temperamental". Sometimes it was hot, sometimes the water was cold.

The location was excellent. The rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures. Cleanliness, amenities, and room service were up to the mark as well. The continental breakfast was also worth the money it cost. Overall, a comfortable stay!

We made the mistake of giving our clothes for laundry to the hotel. While doing so, we repeatedly asked the staff and the room service for the costs, but every time we were given one reason or the another and told that they aren't aware and will inform us at the end of our stay. Finally, before checking out, we came to know that the cost of washing 4 garments plus some socks, was over 1500 INR. Not only was this exorbitant, but it was also unfair given that we were not informed of the charges in advance.

The staff were all wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Especially Mohan and the doorman...they were both exceptional! There was a lot of choice for breakfast, with cereal and toast and a choice of eggs or an omelette, plus a range of Indian food and fruit.

The rooms could do with an update and are rather overpriced for the area.

Only 2 doors down from Stunning Dentistry's old premises which is why I booked it

The restaurant. Breakfasts never changed & the dining area was bland, cold & boring. I only had one dinner there as I was the only diner

Breakfast was not that special compared to the rest of the services in the hotel. The reception was on the first level. When we arrived at the hotel , we took the stairs as we didn't know where the elevator was.

Pros: Location is great, staff has been very co operative. Special thanks to Reception staff Ms Poonam who was always ready to help and even switched my room thrice because I wanted the front road view and it was already booked and later Ms Poonam managed to get me the road view. Also would like to thank the security guard Mr Ajay Kumar Yadav who was always smiling and was very helpful, from ensuring that I got in the taxi alright to making sure the taxi guy knows where he is going. Being a solo female traveler, having someone ensuring your commute is safe is reassuring and also refreshing.

Cons: the room is small, which they have incorporated the concept of being minimalist. But from staying to 4-5 star hotels where its spacious this might feel little cramped. But in saying that, you would get adjusted in it pretty fast as i extended my stay from one night to 4 nights. if you dont get the road view, then your window would be facing an empty wall or the balconies and windows of the other apartments. which to me was very uncomfy as i prefer to open my window blinds.

i love their staff most especially i extended my days here until my flight going back to my home country. Love how modern and minimalist this hotel and this is the only hotel that i find good in delhi. thanks to their caring and friendly receptionist and house keeper without them I don’t think i will extended my stay

Not having sound proof room

The staff was very helpful and available 24/7 , the location while far from center felt much cleaner than properties closer to the central part of the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The power outlets didnt seem to work properly and at some point using 2 of them made the light in the entire room go out.

Everything was good about the hotel. We stayed there for three days. Parking had a little issue but Ajay Yadav helped us a lot! It was also raining heavily so he stood there with an umbrella to take us from the car to the inside of the hotel. It was a good experience. The rooms are a little small but it's nice and cozy and clean. In all I loved it!
