Everything! This hotel took my experience in India to another level. Location was really good, easy to find cabs/auto or even take the metro. There are ATMs, pharmacies and restaurants in the vicinity which made the stay easy. I was in india for a 3 weeks trip and stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. It helped a lot that they offer laundry services. I could get my clothes cleaned and ready within less than 24h for a good price. Mr. Akhilesh gave us the best room and provided us the best support during the whole stay. He helped us arranging a private taxi for 1 whole day to visit Agra for a good price. The car was very clean and comfortable, driver was very kind and careful and took us to great restaurants during the day for a small break. On the last day we could keep our luggages in the reception until our departure time.

Breakfast could have bit more options. However, food is fresh and clean, and upon request they can make you fresh omelette or sandwich, as well as coffee/tea. This had no bad impact in my experience.

The staff were super accomodating with responding to questions or requests- in either organizing transport to the airport or providing breakfast outside of the selected hours due to guests having a day trip. Also in serving breakfast and making sure everything was alright. Very kind and professional with someone attending reception at all times. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with all amenities needed to rest and recharge after a day of exploring delhi. Each room is equipped with an air purifier and a handy little booklet with the food service offered and some tips about the stay. The complimentary slippers were a favourite of mine. Location was great- not too central but still very close to a metro statiin

My only problem is that some features of the room are not clearly signposted. For instance, to have hot water you need to turn it on 10 mins prior to showering. For some this might be obvious but for me its not. A clear sign of this and other features in the bathroom would have been helpful.

A good and spacious room. The air purifier was a nice touch given how polluted the air is.

The staff enters the room even when cleaning is not required which was a first for me. I have never seen this.

I liked that it was clean and maintained well. I also liked the fact that they were honest. They told me I could get an Uber to the Airport on my way back rather than push their own service. They were accommodating of my requests. Also, the hotel has an on-site restaurant which is very reasonable, if you are too tired to go out at night and like to breakfast first thing in the morning. The Kailash Colony Metro is nearby, I used it quite a bit. All in all, I was lucky I found this place after my first choice got fully booked.

Everything was beyond expectation at this place. Every staff member tried their best to help us and made our stay comfortable. The hotel is super clean, and the room was very spacious. Breakfast was good as well and dinner was great.they customised the food to meet our dietary needs. Special thanks to all the front desk managers and kitchen staff for looking after us so well. All of them were super nice. The location is great and very convenient as well. I will recommend this place to everyone, and if I come back to Delhi, I will always come back to this place.

Great position right near the metro to the Red Gate. Quiet at night (after 9 pm) with 24\7 reception which was perfect because we arrived at midnight from the airport. Late opening restaurants nearby so we could have some dinner. Air con good and bed comfy. Room service until 10:30: indian food and beer available. When some unspeakable gunk ended up on the soles of my shoes, they kindly cleaned it off for me. Attentive service from all the staff. It's not the cheapest accommodation in Delhi but worth it for the neighbourhood, cleanliness and service especially since we are India 'newbies'.

Boutique hotel. Quiet location but very central by metro (150m away) to many of the tourist sites. Room was comfortable, though a view of a block wall never excites me. Breakfast was tasty. I appreciate they cooked an omelet each day and made a proper coffee. The owner was often on site and takes pride in making customers happy. He arranged a private early morning taxi to the Taj Mahal. Good selection of restaurants nearby. Not a fancy modern hotel but ideal if you're on a budget.

I was hoping for a room with a view but the block wall never excited me. Could do with some upgrading in the bathroom and maybe a coat of paint.

I loved my stay here. The hotel is in a nice part of the city and offered all I could have wanted from my stay. It is wonderfully clean and comfortable... my room was such a welcome sanctuary after my wild days exploring all over the city. The food is delicious... starting with breakfast, which is so beautifully and freshly prepared each day, with wonderful variety... And then for my evening meals I enjoyed really beautiful, tasty food from the menu, in the comfort of my room. The hotel is also able to advise on trip options, like Agra and Jaipur, and provides a car service to each, which I used, and these days were superb. The driver was a superstar and went above and beyond to make my day all that I hoped for. And this was true across the whole of the hotel staff... I enjoyed a chat and a kindness with every single member, every day of my eight-night stay. I cannot speak more highly of this place. It is a true pleasure to stay at, and therefore to also recommend. Perfect in every way... I was sad to leave, and very, very grateful for their wonderful care of me...

The hotel is very clean and offers a large range of services for the guests. The staff is kind and helpful. I would like to particularly thank Mr. Pawan Thakur, who was my reference person during my stay and often offered good chats too. Further, I was already familiar with the area as I lived there. It was a pleasure to come back.

Nothing was wrong: everything was beyond my expectations. The breakfast is very rich and good, while the dinner menu, at least in Sept. 2024, is more reduced. This is not a complaint, just a further information for future travellers.

I needed to spend one night in Delhi as I had to catch my flight the next day. So I was looking for a accomodation with a reasonable price. When I arrived I was surprised, as the Hotel turned out to be a lot better than you would expect for this price. The room is very clean and includes everything you need (towel, hairdryer, waterkettle etc.). The staff is very motivated and they are very accomodating. If you are in Delhi it is definetly a good choice to consider.
