Hygiene and cleanliness

Well mostly things are good like cleaning , location facilities.

When I came to check in, then hotel owner told me that the room I had booked was not vacant and I would be given another room and the price of the other room would be higher. Soo staff..

The property is pretty new and is located in a residential block which makes it easy to access.

The mattresses on the bed were a bit too hard( I stayed for almost two weeks) it could’ve been softer. Service is a bit slow, which can be improved. However the manager/staff is helpful.

All things were working.. and were in a good quality!!

Very less room space and minimum privacy anyone can here your TV voice from outside the the room!

Location is close to nehru place

The rooms are very very small with no ventilation and they will not clean untill you request them hundred times. Quite contrary to their name you will not be able to see the sunrise , sunset ,moon anything. They will provide dirty bedsheets and will not change it unless you ask them multiple times. They are very slow in providing food or water to your rooms .Service is poor in comparison to the price we paid for the rooms.

The staff were rude and bullying and also I have booked big room with window for 25 days, they let me stay only for 2 weeks there and forced me to take smaller room without window for remaining 11 days.

They declined to provide room.

No room was given booking declined.
