The property was clean and well looked after. It was easy to get to places we wanted to visit whilst having decent shops and restaurants around in walking distance. The staff were amazing, very professional and very polite from the onset, we seriously couldn’t fault them.

There was nothing that we didn’t like about the property, if there was anything we would have liked to see better next time it would be the room service food. Though there is a lot available through room service from the restaurants all day long but it was just lacking abit. But again it was not an issue, from the whole of our stay this is the only one thing we would want to see improved.

- Beautiful view from the room. - So much sunlight coming directly into the room - we loved it! - Ambience of the room was very nice. - I think the best thing about this hotel was the overall vibe, it was very good. - No strong perfumes were used, the room was naturally very fresh and clean, felt luxurious. - Bathtub was an added bonus.

- The bed had a soft mattress (like most hotels). I personally prefer a hard, or medium hard mattress. - The room had no ceiling lights, no wall lights, to my dismay. Just a couple of standing lights, table lamps, bed side lamps etc, which according to me were less. Most people would not mind, but I personally prefer a well lit room. - Food was not that great.

LOCATION OF EROS HOTEL IS VERY CONVENIENT WITH GETTING AROUND, ROOM MAINTAINANCE DONE BY RAM & ARUN WERE VERY GOOD, BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD AND HELPFUL STAFF ALONG WITH DUTY MANAGERS.

SOMEONE SMOKING ON ABOVE FLOOR ROOM ,SMOKE COMING FROM ABOVE FLOOR THRU AIR CONDITION UNIT WHILE ITS TURNED OFF. I DID REPORT TO ONE OF STAFF AND SAID THAT HE WILL GET IT CHECKED OUT AS THERE IS SMOKING ROOMS ON ABOVE FLOOR.

Wonderful stay at Eros Nehru Place as always Generally prefer to stay here since I have lots of close friends close by and also since it is located very close to my College ( Deshbandhu College,Kalkaji ) from where I did Pre Med in 1977 - 78 before joining Medical College for MBBS and MD Very professional , understanding and dedicated staff Special appreciation for the drivers Mritun Pal and Pankaj who picked and dropped me from and to the Delhi Airport as well as Mr Gosain and Mr Manmohan who understood my specific request for the vehicles and route due to some urgent and important work Also a word of appreciation for Mr Amit Anand FOM alongwith Tathagat and Anjali for their help coordination and understanding of specific requirements Rather I found most of the staff very professional and caring Kudos to Mr Davindar Juj for his leadership and guidance to the staff to ensure that they go into details to ensure that the guests are comfortable and their needs taken care of properly Keep it up Would love to visit again soon Best Wishes Dr B P Singh Chandigarh 9463603367 [email protected]

Better quality tea/coffee in the room.

Tea/coffe quality in room

This was my second stay at the hotel. I chose to stay here because everything was great on my first stay. Rooms and beds were great! Friendly and helpful staff, except for the staff at the reception desk, who are less friendly. It was weird because everyone else who works there is friendly, pleasant, and helpful. The food options were tasty and never made me sick like at another hotel in Delhi, which I'm grateful for.

TV program. Can only watch YouTube. other has to subscribe or own account. I have feedback to frontdesk on how to use the TV for more TV program, he promise to send people to check, but didn't turn up.

As always the hotel and staff were fabulous. Last year I stayed at the hotel and forgot to mention the care and attention of the housekeeping staff— both this year and last. Special commendation is extended to jogesh — who went out of his way to take special care of my garments.
