Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional, the staff were attentive and friendly. The room and the washroom was spotless and very well-maintained. The food was another highlight, both fresh and flavorful which is quite rare to expect from inhouse kitchen service. Everything is great in one single place. The location is an added advantage being close to the New shatri nagar metro station. Overall, a truly comfortable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They open doors for you and give good travel advise. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Definitely come here.. The location is good and Saddam manager is too much polite he give us balcony room were very pretty and washroom neat and clean also room interior fantastic... Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

"Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near metro station shastri nagar. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if Im back in Qotel hotel signature bnb thanks Saddam

Evening was good

had a great impression from the moment I entered, as the lobby was clean and I was warmly welcomed by hospitable staff, starting with the receptionists and extending to all the hotel personnel. They were very accommodating, and I really liked the spacious room with a window. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very quick to respond to any requests. I also appreciated the 24/7 security guard, which added an extra sense of safety.

The staff, saddam and Vicky were helpful. I was permitted to check in early at no extra cost. I love the security guard who is kind and helpful. The rooms are clean, tv and wifi works with no problem. The air conditioner works and it offered slippers toilet paper, water. Games rooms. They also let me stay later because my laundry was not finished at the laundromat. Very cooperative staff.

The location is not good for food or restaurants as they are quite far but you can order out. There is not laundry service.

The hotel was in a great location with local shops and restaurants and within walking distance to the metro. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. the Hotel had all the necessary services and very comfortable... Staff professional mr.saddam and very helpful and polite also housekeeping staff good job Saddam make my stay very comfortable easy .. Will come back again...

Good for a couple of days of stay and is value for money.. It offered value for money. Staff was quick at response for anything and well behaved. It was clean and room was arranged properly. Bathroom was also clean. Overall, it was good for a short stay of couple of days. I liked the location. Connectivity to any part of Delhi was not a problem and had a large number of options for food and relaxation.

It was a very pleasant surprise. The staff is super friendly and efficient, they will make their way out to help you and even propose intinerary to visit the city, arrange private transportation… communication at all times is easy. They offer complimentary airport pick up which is great (you only pay parking). The rooms are comfortable and clean/pleasant. Breakfast is good. Also we had good dinner.
