Break Fast was not in the scheme perhaps. It's an old building and not that easy to maintain to such a very good level. It was neat and tidy. Bath cum toilets room was well kept. Geyser was functional.

Bathroom floor mat could have been better. Same is the case with turky towels. They were washed and ironed but had become pale /little brown spots all over. Could be due to the much talked about water quality of Delhi

Because of their outstanding facilities we booked more days into same hotel. Me and my spouse visited Delhi for some medical treatment, so our primary concern was a budget friendly accommodation. So far I found ‘Hotel Sunshine’ was most budget friendly Hotel at that area. Later the hospitality we received it was outstanding, Hotel Sunshine management offered us custom foods as per our requirements, which were not included into their Food menu. Specially they made the situation very comfortable for us. We would like mention one name “Mr. Gaurav”, this man guided us in every steps from the beginning to end. As that was our first visit in Delhi, his behavior and proper guidance made our life easier over there. We would like to thanks team ‘Hotel Sunshine’ and “Mr. Gaurav” for their hospitality.

Small room with small table and cabinet. Everything working, i.e. bathroom, electric stuff etc. Floor well cleaned. WiFi reliable, not always fast. Staff VERY nice and helpful. Next train station about 10 minutes to walk, bus stop is even closer. A great many small stores, street food vendors etc. are 2 minutes away ( on Military Road ). The whole area is worth exploring, with its clothing shops and markets nearby. This isn't for those who really need freshly painted walls. But for a seasoned backpacker like me it was a great stay - and a bargain price - so I would come again !

The window can't be closed tightly - mosquitos enter the room. Occasionally a few insects in the room, e.g. ants.

The hotel is centrally located and in a safe place. The employees, the receptionist, the housekeeper, the security guard were all very friendly and polite. The hotel is a little old but meets your needs. There are receptionists who help you immediately when you make your request. Definitely one of the best in Delhi

We arrived to a very nice welcome and had a speedy check in The gentleman behind the check in desk was very helpful. The staff are some of the most helpful people you would wish to meet. The room was clean, tidy and quiet, with a comfortable bed

Great food at Hotel Sunshine. Staff are lovely and accomadating. Make sure to check out the terrace for a lovely morning tea. The location was just on the edge inside the market, very central. As two Australians it was exciting as we did not see one westerner for our days in Karol Bagh. Perfect for backpackers.

The room was a bit old but it was not unhygienic.

what everyone expect about their stay which should according their will like need clean ,and comfortable and give on the which you need it means to say that everything is at perfect.

GIVE HOSPITALITY BY THE RECEPTION PERSON WHICH IS VERY IMPRESSIVE

Value for money. Great prices for such a commercial location, facilities and service. Cost saving without compromise on a comfortable and pleasant stay. Food too was good.

Not much to complain about.

Near and clean staff members. Very good customer service and safety .Recommended for family also. I stayed in room 103 for 2 people it's ok.Its worth for the money comparing to other hotels.
