I liked the reception, attitude, and attention as well as friendliness of staff.

The hotel services are very good. Cleaning and food is absolutely up to the mark. Staff is well trained, cooperative and humble. Room is very nicely maintained and spacious, the bed was very comfortable and washroom was full of all basic goods.

BIg clean room. Has a restaurant attached which has an extensiv=ce menu and very reasonably priced. Reception try tp be very helpful

WIFI a bit patchy - probably more to do with guests streaming video than anything else I think. It was available most of the time though albeit slow from time to time.

Check inn was very smooth,receptions were prompt,very fast and very helpful,location was amazing and there were restaurants nearby,breakfast was also good and had many varieties,they even upgraded my room and that was bonus for us,overall my stay was relaxing.

Sockets near bed were not working properly

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The location was great, lively and vibrant. Raul on reception was brilliant and couldn’t do enough to help us. Latief helped us book trains and pick ups. The restaurant staff were so obliging and helpful and the food was lovely. We had a lovely big room, comfortable bed, great shower. Would definitely recommend!

Happy with my experience. The room had a lovely decor with great colors and furniture. It felt inviting, making it a pleasure to spend time there, The staff were polite and did their jobs well, making sure I had a comfortable stay.

My stay at Hotel Red Castle was comfortable. The hotel has spacious rooms and great amenities. The reception staff is good, and they helped me with local travel information. The food was tasty, and the hotel has a good hospitality.

I had a wonderful time at Hotel Red Castle. The room was spacious nd comfortable. The location in Karol Bagh is ideal, with lots of shops and markets around. The staff was friendly and helpful too. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel was okay for the price. The room was decent, but I expected better cleanliness. The Wi-Fi worked well, which was a plus. It’s located in a busy area, so it’s convenient for shopping, but can be a bit noisy at night

Everything is amazing from reception to room service. Specially when i found i am not comfortable in room they changed my room without any hesitation. Although restaurant price is not nominal but yeah taste good. Wanted to tell you one more thing that auto rickshaw guys will tell its not on the good side and not a good hotel as they misguide so please be careful and do come in this hotel.
