What a beautiful time I had with the employees of this hotel. I actually want to thank them personally, I'm not going to succeed. The cleaning guys clean everything very well, are super friendly. Then don't forget the room service guys. They think along with you, what you want to eat. These guys take very good care of you. And then the gentlemen of the reception. You only have to ask something and they are immediately ready for you. And lastly, the manager, Mr. Rahul. What a spontaneous guy. He's incredibly friendly. He radiates tranquility and has a solution for almost everything. He thinks along with the hotel guests. He knows how to treat his guests. In general, he manages his team very well. I go on holiday very often, but what I have experienced here, what love you get back from all employees. I would recommend anyone to stay here. What a super, cozy hotel in the heart of Karol Bagh. Everything was ok.

Everything was superb. The man at reception was really friendly and helpful. You can access everything that you need from the hotel. The breakfast was really good...excellent cheese omelette and Masala Chai. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable . Really recommend this place. It's also in the heart of Delhi, so great to go out and explore, but lovely and quiet in the room.

Rooms were image accurate. Newly constructed. Hygienic. Zero disturbance. Cooperative staff. Polite night staff. Location was very accessible. Complimentary tea and coffee kit with electric kettle and iron.

Just a little overpriced. Got it for 2100/night but 1700- 1800 would have been a great value for money.

was a pleasant stay, staff was good, rooms were clean. they have a 24/7 room service. check-in and check-out process is hassle free. Near by the Karol Bagh Metro Station and Gaffar Market. it situated in the middle of Karol Bagh. so it is easy to go almost anywhere in and around Delhi.

It was a real pleasure to stay at this property. The breakfast is excellent, the facilities and cleanliness of the rooms and exteriors are well above other hotels, the staff is very attentive, the location is excellent. Everything is perfect there.
