Found stair area, lift, room bright with access to day light, liked shower and WC area. Breakfast is quite good. At the reception Ajay was helpful, dining room and cleaning staff are also good. and helpful

Stairs to Hotel not sturdy and someone can fall back, as no stair bars to hold. Sockets for using kettle are fixed away from tea-kettle station, Since it is 4star, there should be bedside lamps for individual use. Installing a shower screen will help to keep half of the WC area dry, thus guests don't get their trousers etc.wet when using WC area after shower.

We enjoyed our stay here and staff were nice too. Our room was comfortable and the restaurant had nice food too. Breakfast was also good!

We got a call each morning at 8am to tell us to come down for breakfast. This wasn't great when we were trying to have a lie in after our flight was late and we didn't get to sleep until 2am. Other than this it was a good stay.

Clean and bright room, facilities of windows which can be opened, good staff especially a gentleman named Ajay at reception, found him helpful and good in manners. We were welcomed by him at the time of check in. Found room reasonably spacious. Location is very convenient hotel is surrounded by shops, medical stores fruit sellars and restaurants.

Breakfast needs more choice, being four stars there should be bedside lamps for the convenience of the guests to read in the night time without disturbing the partner. Sockets should be provided near the kettle station. In the bath some hooks should be fixed for hanging clothes.

They need to improve the bathroom facilities,. I didn't like the breakfast that because there was not much variety, I expected to see vegetable salad on the menu but no, the menu included only Indian dishes. I emember the complementary services you provded me. I am gratfeul

Comfortable bed in a room on the backside of the hotel. I could darken the room and escape the sounds and hustle and bustle of Delhi. A great air conditioned room with large bathroom and hot water. Breakfast daily consisted of many local and traditional dishes with the option of a freshly made omelette. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Great locoation in Karol Bagh, within walking distance to Karol Bagh Market as well as metro. Abyss tours available for all of your touristy needs and trips.

It is not legal to impose a tip and you are under no obligation to pay it. The amount wasn’t much, but it’s about the principle. I would have left something extra anyway, but imposing a tip is in very bad taste according to me.

The staff's hospitality exceeded my expectations. They came to pick me up when the taxi dropped me off in a different lane, also changed my room without hesitation because the fan didn't work properly. Although the hotel had its minor problems, the staff ensured I had a comfortable stay. The food was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Towels were a bit too worn out.

Very comfortable room, clean, good neighborhood. We had nice conversations and received help with whatever we needed from the staff - Ajay, Manohar, Akshay, Manoj, the kitchen people. If we go to Delhi again we will definitely stay there again.

This is the First time i stayed in Tripple Tree, Its location is the best in Delhi and the staff was very helpful , i like the Room and the helping nature of the staff - i recommened this Hotel to anybody who travel to Delhi - Location , Cleanliness, help from the staff - All was beyond expectation
