Great lobby with multiple options for meeting up with family members in town and spacious restaurant downstairs for breakfast and other meals. Room service food was prompt and tasty.

AC wasn't working properly so front desk had maintenance come fix but took a while for room to cool down as facilities seem a bit old and decor in room a bit old fashioned. Rude treatment of front desk staff when my cousin tried to make arrangements to store luggage during the day after we checked out (where front desk staff didn't believe she was checking out or thinking she was trying to get back to her room despite checking out and leaving keys in the room!-- very odd).

We have stayed at The Grand previously and so chose to stay there again as we had a good experience and it is close to the airport. Our room was nice and spacious. The bathroom was also nice and big. The breakfast buffet was great. The restaurant staff were also very attentive, especially Sunil and Dhruv.. The selection at the dinner buffet was also good. They did a nice display for Halloween. The Gulab Jamun and Mud pudding were delicious The hotel was nice and clean and in a good location with easy access to the DLF and Ambience Malls, town center and the airport.

When we reached The Grand after a long journey from Jaipur there were so many youngsters in front of the hotel and in the reception area waiting to to go the club which we didn't expect. I think they should consider having a separate entrance and exit for the club so that it doesn't cause disturbance to the hotel clientele. We were also disappointed to find out the lovely Italian restaurant was closed and replaced by Playboy club!

I loved the way their staff greeted us with a smile every time they saw us. They were helpful and very accommodating to our needs. I personally loved their breakfast spread. It was just enough in terms of the variety and their egg love counter was really good. Overall we had a very pleasant stay!!!

I would have preferred a better view off my window. But, cant complain much as I took their basic room. It was really spacious and their bathroom was huge. It was very much a good deal for the price.

The room was big enough and the staff was extra nice. The food was very good and had great variety of options.

The bed although mentioned as extra large bed, was actually a normal size double bed and was too soft. So it was a bit disappointment there, but other facilities of the room and hotel compensated for it.

Staff were very friendly and courteous although the lady who checked us in could have used some common sense

The fact that I had to settle my bill on each occasion and was not allowed to charge it to my room. They could have taken a pre authorised payment which is what most hotels do!

Room was good, Gym was good, breakfast was good. The bar was average.

During check-in, I was not told that I had access to the Premium Lounge on the top floor. I would have used that on all evenings of my stay, instead I went to the bar, which was average.

The Hotel was amazing, i would stay here again, the Staff and Mr Luv was great and accommodating to me and my guests need, fantastic pool and spa was great too, breakfast and dinner was wonderful, only fault was the afternoon tea was a little pricey but other than that the place was great, Thanks Sebastian guest apartment suite room,

nothing!

Varieties in breakfast options. Location was good and close to airport. Good connection to city.

I did not book for breakfast and staff did not have my information and my advance information. The breakfast was added without asking me.

Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. However, the only issues is when you are paying extra for the view, like i paid extra for the pool view room, the view should be as it has to be. In my case, the pool was empty and all i could see was labour working in it.

washroom did not have proper doors for privacy.

Lovely stay at the Grand New Delhi everything was just perfect Priya was there to assist me in every possible way thanks to her and was really very ausmm arranged and made our stay even memorable
