Staff at check-in desk are courteous and friendly. Service staff are all super friendly and helpful as well.

Their use of mini plastic bottles appalled me. One was given during check-in (in place of a welcome drink that is usually offered at hotels of this stature). Then these bottles appeared again at each of the breakfast tables, leading to extreme plastic waste. The breakfast buffet was nice enough but honestly did not feel like a 5-star experience. There was hardly any variety one day to the next. The staff in the dining area had to be approached personally. It would be a nicer dining experience altogether if they could at least come to the tables to at least take your drink orders.

Room was spacious, excellent shower and comfortable bed. Wide range of breakfast options and great chefs, very helpful and friendly and made whatever you requested

The check in was disappointing as the staff were not knowledgeable and demanded that I pay an additional amount which differed drastically from booking.com and when no agreement was reached they reserved amount on my credit card which was unnecessary. I booked in several Hotels during this holiday and every Hotel was 100% according to booking.com however JP Continental did not agree with booking.com figure and charged me relatively higher amount. I had stayed several times in this Hotel and never before experienced such discrepancy. Really upsetting at how I was treated

The hotel was really beautiful in architecture and facilities excellent. The gym ( something of great importance to me) was very good. Of course the pool was freezing but that was expected at this time of year. Staff were extremely helpful. Front office staff were particularly good with prompt, responsive, courteous service and they always went out of their way to help. There was adequate variety at breakfast to accommodate variable tastes. So I like a relatively light healthy breakfast and it was available. The room was great. It even had a nice view of the park. A bonus.

An extra pillow would be good. The cleaning staff on occasion misunderstood us. Definitely more coffee in the room. Better coffee and a french press would add a touch of class. Also UHT liquid milk in the fridge would add to that. I am not sure how expensive that is in Delhi, so may be its not possible. Again with the gym also a slight upgrade would take it from good to excellent. A good leg press and a better multi gym ( commercial grade) would take it up to 5 stars. None of these comments are in the "didnt like" category. just thoughts to make an superb overall stay move up to extraordinary.

Overall, my experience at Jaypee Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a memorable stay in Delhi, and I look forward to returning in the future.

The room was clean and well-maintained. The staff are great and respond quickly to our requests. There is a shopping complex opposite to the hotel so the need for food, shopping and entertainment are easily met.

The bathroom sometimes smelled weird but it was only for one day. They were able to resolve it once I flagged the concerns. I am really nitpicking though.

Great hotel in the perfect location. Rooms and breakfast was fantastic. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

We didn't think it was great that local swimming lessons were going on in the hotel pool. Which made it hard to relax by the pool.

Location. Staff was helpful and attentive. Breakfast is good. Room service efficient.

We asked for a double bed in the room quite in advance, but it seemed to be a great challenge for the hotel and they could not offer. The shower room had ancient plumbing with weak water pressure. Room size is rather modest.

I liked that I saw professional women working the front desk. I really enjoyed my spa services and dining experience. The rooms were comfortable and clean and staff extremely accommodating and helpful. I had pre-arranged airport pickup from another vendor. When I had challenges connecting with my ride. The Jaypee was able to discern my driver & notify him how to connect with me. This was 3:00 a.m. and I was grateful.

Services required separate cash payment rather than adding to room charge. This may be common practice.

The people in the resturant did everything to help me. I got to delhi sick and the doctor told me to eat specific food. This food wasn't in the hotel menu, but the chef and staff made me a personnel meal by request and in a good price. They were very thoughtful and i left delhi feeling much better because of them. Also, the hotel is in a great location, close to the metro, a beatuifal park, and a movie theatre and a little market. Of course, it is also close to the airport. The hotel also has a great pool. All in all, a great expirience. Almost everybody in the hotel staff do everything they can so that you will feel welcome and happy. Above all. The people in the kitchen and the chef.

The hotel was having work done between 10- 18. Sometimes the work started earlier and also was finishd later. I had to call reception to make the work stop more than once. And than it stoped. But it is obvious that the work manager didn't care so much about the promised time frame for the work. Annoying.
