It can be difficult to find proper accommodation in Dehli, where no set of reviews for a property gives the traveler a sense of quality for money. Such was the case for me as a first-time traveler to the city, but Simarjeet and his family went beyond my expectations in providing a comfortable and easy experience at Avatar Living. The location is a five minute walk from lovely Deer Park and the nightlife of Hauz Khas, but also an easy Uber ride to the touristic sites of Old Dehli. The address was easy for taxi drivers to find, on a main road with a clear street name and number, which minimized any confusion. The room I stayed in was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with top-end linens and functional facilities, including a strong and consistent WiFi connection. The hotel is very pro-active in contacting guests in advance (via the number provided in Booking), using Whatsapp or SMS, which I found to be quite courteous, so make sure to have that information updated to a current phone number to ensure no issues finding the property or making small requests. Were I to return to Dehli in the future, I would not hesitate to stay at Avatar Living again. It was a very positive experience overall, and it seems in my short stay there that the staff genuinely care about their guests and are dedicated to the property and its long-term success.

It’s hard to put into words what a wonderful stay we had. The room was gorgeous with a great bed, modern bathroom, efficient aircon and TV. The most wonderful part was the staff, they couldn’t do enough to help you, including cooking meals for dinner or lunch, doing our laundry,organising tuk tuk and taxis or anything you needed assistance with. The area was amazing, so much quieter than central Delhi but still bustling with little markets, restaurants, shops of all kind. Walking distance to the fun Tibetan area and only a five minute tuk tuk to Hauz Kaus which is certainly worth a visit. We will definitely be going back on our next visi. 100% recommendation from us! Could not recommend this place enough! The room was spacious, well kept and clean. We had our own balcony which was lovely, we also had access to a kitchen with a kettle and a fridge, there was a stove top available I believe but we didn’t use it. Strong wifi, great aircon, hot shower. It’s also in a great spot next to a lively neighbourhood, however the room itself was very quiet which was perfect. However the best part of the stay was just how lovely the staff were! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

It was in a very safe location in Delhi. Particularly, as a female solo traveller I felt comfortable and would recommend it for other sol travellers. The staff's behaviour was great. The room and bathroom was quite spacious. The bed was super soft.

I wish they would provide more toiletries like a toothbrush, toothpaste, small bottle of shampoo and napkins in the room. I went there for like 2 days, so packed very light. I had to go out and get them. There were some minor plumbing issues but they can be overlooked.

My wife recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for an overnight solo trip. The overall service was quite comfortable and polite, with supportive staff making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were cozy and neat, and I appreciated the great privacy provided. Additionally, I felt secure as a solo traveler, and the location in a residential area was convenient and away from crowds.

One minor point for improvement would be to provide a more comprehensive range of toiletries. However, this did not detract from my overall positive experience. I highly recommend this place for solo travelers seeking a comfortable and secure stay.

We loved staying at Avatar! We loved the kind and helpful staff! They were so kind to let us check in early and allow us to use their kitchen. We were only here for 1 night but it was so comfortable and nice! The property is really clean and well maintained. The room is big and light, the beds are comfortable, and bathroom is great. The location is amazing. The best part of Delhi. Nice greenery around and close to the deer park. Also close to the airport. Perfect to recharge when you are traveling. Thank you Avatar Team! 🙏🏼

We expected a balcony because it is mentioned in the room description. But the room didn't have an attached balcony. However, there was a balcony outside of the room which was great.

Best stay I've found in Delhi by far. Highly recommend. The rooms are super clean and very well maintained, the staff are lovely - very friendly, respectful and helpful. The food (we had breakfast included in stay) was very tasty and freshly made with large portions. The location was great in a quiet street and close to parks and lots of cafes and restaurants. AC and fan in room worked well. Bathroom toiletries were provided, and we could use the fridge in the kitchen area to store fruits and refill our water bottle. I would definitely return in the future. Thank you!!

Well i should say that everything was very good about this place, from location to staff and room cleanness and size with a fare price 35$ a night, i have been in delhi four times during this trip and this was the best place i stayed till now As a backpaker and full time traveller, compare to other places and prices this was the one i recommend to everyone

Nothing really i could point at, i think it is a all round place which cater to its customer on that price range... if u are hostel type of traveller there are many other options but for the room and a home stay like place this is a great option

We came for a medical emergency to be treated at a hospital nearby.. Owner understood our requirements of food before and after treatment and prepared exactly what we asked for and at the time as we got late for checkin. He was very communicative and thoughtful also gave us room where there was no one beside so the patient could have restful sleep. Also he helped us booking an uber when we couldnt being able to connect to one. The room was immaculate including bathroom equipped with everything you need. We couldn't find a better stay with such service at such a great price. I'm very thankful to Simarjeet personally.

Safdarjung Enclave is a great location, it is a rather calm area in Delhi where you get away from all the hustle and bustle. The property and room was clean and the rooms were spacious. They also organized a tour to Old Delhi which was great

As there is no isolation in the building and it gets cold in Delhi during winter it was really cold in our room, especially since they had balcony doors opened during the evening. Would be good to provide some kind of heating fan to warm up the room during winter time
