Front office Staff is very friendly

Stayed in this hotel last week .Had a wonderful experience with this hotel . Staff in this hotel is very friendly . As this is new hotel the facilities and ambiance was really good . It was worth staying in this hotel for my the saga Vacation. Firstly there location and cottage are awesome and there staff is very friendly and in there faces always smile and it's very amazing they make us happy....thanks to all the staff member for lovely services...if in future I want a chance to visit Delhi then definitely I will prefer The saga Hotel Green Park ✅✅✅

This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Rome & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. We stayed at 3 hotels in Rome and this one was our favorite for its peaceful and gracious atmosphere.

The front office was extremely helpful and allowed us to check-in as early as 10am. We reached the hotel very early and I didn't want to wait. So that was a big plus. The service was also exceptional. I would definitely send a friend there 2.The rooms were clean, very comfortable and the staff was amazing. He went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. I  highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. 3.I had a wonderful experience. From valet, to check-in, to cleaning staff, every staff member I met was pleasant and eager to help! Thank you! Would recommend to my coworkers! 4., Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out some galleries, and grab a drink. it was very nice. Service top notch as always. The comfort of a bed can't be beat. 5.I have stayed in dozens of hotels. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. The staff was very hospitable and catered to my every need. thank you so much.

Nothing i am very Happy The saga hotel

The hotel is super comfortable! Ideal for long stays. The staff was nice and helpful everyday, they make sure we have everything. The location was amazing! In the middle of everything in New Delhi and a very quite nice and clean part of the city.

Our hotel room did not have any window, but it had ac and fan which it make it tolerable.

Located in a nice and quiet place. The staff were very humble and helpful throughout my stay and helped out whenever I requested assistance. The hotel breakfast and food were delicious. Overall had a very nice stay.

The room I stayed in did not have any windows. The walls are a bit thin, so the corridor noise can be heard. Also saw a bit of damp bathroom wall.

The staff were really helpful. Everything was comfortable . The hotel locates near Safdarjung which was really convenient for us to travel around places and enjoy the food . There’s also another cafe at the hour which opens till 4am , such a fun vibe and positivity

The Room were clean, the staff were very attentive and very helpful. The food at the cafe was too notch and the quality of the food was similar or even better than a 5 star hotel. The front desk my check in and check out was very smooth. Keep it up.

The room was very well maintained, I liked the design a lot, everything was perfect except for one drawback that the Jio SIM network doesn't work, but it can be managed through Wi-Fi calling and The receptionist, Rahul, is very helpful, kind and welcoming.

We had a amazing stay during the long Easter weekend. Such a nice place with very clean rooms, nice cafe area, very good and healthy breakfast and the stuff is so nice. Thanks for everything and we definitely will come back. Wonderful!!!
