Good bathrooms

A lot of scanning my passport. Like 3 times each

The staff were most polite and helpful. They even let me inside the kitchen to make my baby’s food which i appretiated the most.

The bed was quite old and uncomfortable to be honest. The rooms need some renovation in my opinion.

Dirty Windows/Curtains Hot water (shower) lasted a few minutes before turning cold

Wish I could give negative markings. The hotel doesn't deserve even a single star.

At the rate of almost Rs. 3000/- per night, It was the worst stay ever. I reached the city and booked the hotel room a day before my scheduled meeting, expecting to take proper rest so that I could have been refreshed and energetic for the meeting, assuming the hotel to be hospitable and relaxing. But to my inconvenience, The guests in the next room were creating nuisance in their room and kept making unnecessary disturbance until 3:00 AM and despite of repetitive intimation to the reception desk, no measures were taken to resolve the matter. It was an official visit and the lack of sleep and proper rest resulted in unexpected delays and inconveniences. Above that when asked for delayed checkout, instead of providing a clock room they charged me for next complete day. Break fast order was changed without intimation or consultation, Food orders and room service were so delayed that ultimately I had to check out without having Dinner. Clearly speaking, this was the worst hotel stay of my entire life. I ended up paying Rs. 6000/- plus and yet no comfort and no service was up to the mark.

Flying cockroaches in the bathroom and an open vent. We were travelling with a 2 year old and this was not acceptable

As per booking .com , I booked the hotel seeing the views but as per my surprise , room was not as good as it was reviewed. Can't rely on the reviews anymore. The room was clean , but the power sockets were broken , not working , wifi had a problem...then changed the room. No network availability inside the hotel. After changing the room itself...to my surprise the curtains seem very dirty . As I tried to open the curtain , the curtain itself came down fell down. It was stuck with velcro. Toilets had cockroaches inside. I feel that the amount of money they take as per the area, it is very mediocre hotel which I feel does not deserve the high price. I was really disappointed when the hotel staff itself did not acknowledge the breakfast booked with the room. Saying that breakfast is not showing in the system. There was a minor scuffle but they agreed to it when we showed our booking. As per my exp I will give it 2 for 5 star.
