1. One of the best services 2. Its a small boutique hotel, perfect for business 3. Location is perfect and was very easy to reach Gurgaon, Noida and stay in Delhi for meetings as well 4. Outstanding service, staff is really courteous 5. Food orders in room were like jet speed deliveries. 6. Food taste was outstanding, had even called the chef as I wanted to compliment him for the tasty meals 7. Breakfast spread is very nice and lot of options for vegetarians

1. There was smell of paint throughout the stay, which was a problem 2. There were some insects in 1 room due to fresh rain. But then the staff shifted us to another room and dint face any problems later

Room was clean and spacious, the bathroom fittings and amenities were high quality, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was reasonable and tasty, the staff are very attentive and sweet and responsive to your needs, I really liked the fact that they don't use plastic bottles.

My sheets smelt a bit of detergent or bleach, which gave me a headache. But it was a minor complaint. The sheets, pillowcases and bed spread were spotlessly clean.

Suitable location for green park metro and other eateries and bars etc. Veru friendly staff from reception to housekeeping Particularly MOHAN PRATIHARI from house keeping. He was very attentive and credit to the Hotel. Very quiet at night and during the day despite a major road in close proximity it is a very nice hotel small but that adds to the personal touch of all the staff. Y

Clean, comfortable and quiet with wonderful staff. I want to especially commend Mahon who was a wonderful housekeeping, staff person and made sure my room was very clean and comfortable.

At times, because the walls were so thin, though you could hear people in the next room, but it was not often. my only other complaint is the front desk staff never had changed for ₹500 notes which I wanted so I could tip the housekeeping and wait staff. I really think that they should make sure they have that for travelers like myself who routinely tip

The hotel ambience was great. Staff was helpful. Check in was very smooth. The room was nice, comfortable and cozy. The breakfast was the best part!! It had so many dishes and all were very very tasty. The location is perfect. Overall I had a very comfortable and wonderful stay. Will stay here again whenever I come to Delhi.

The size of the dining hall is a bit small

I was pleasantly surprised with this property. Before booking the rooms I was bit in dilemma. But I made a good choice. It’s situated near yellow metro line and 25 mins to Delhi airport. Lots of options to eat out. Very well connected. Rooms are well maintained. Even though there stains everywhere that can be ignored. But rooms are very small and congested. If u two people with luggage it will be difficult to move around. It’s like box sized. Breakfast spread was good. Staffs are very polite and nice. We had our flight in the evening 7pm so we requested if they can keep the luggage after checkout. They kept without charging anything extra. Over all good budgeted option.

I stayed at the Ashton Sarovar Portico in Delhi on a weeknight. The staff were extremely helpful, and allowed me store luggage after checking out, so I could look around the city prior to my international flight. The airport shuttle service was great, with a very simple pick up and drop off. My room was clean, and refreshingly cool, and dinner at the restaurant in the hotel was fantastic! Considering the location and service, I would definitely recommend this hotel to travellers to Delhi!

I travelled alone, so the room size was perfect for me, but it might be worth discussing with staff if requiring a room for 3 or more people. Additionally, the pricing for airport pick up and shuttle was a little more expensive than other hotels I stayed at, but the Ashton Sarovar Portico is in a great spot, and prices probably reflect the distance and congestion that can occur on roads to and from the airport.

- lovely room design - staff is very polite and helpful - really enjoyed indian cuisine for dinners/reasonable food price - close to Green Park metro station/tuk-tuks near the main entrance at any time/personnel can call you a taxi to wherever you need to go

Very helpful staff. Extremely neat and clean rooms, Very peaceful place. The beautiful interior and paintings and the pastry counter at the reception gives European vibe. This can be a really good choice of property if you are travelling for work. The staff helped me with printing a document I urgently needed for my work and also for booking a cab when my mobile maps was not detecting a location. I recommend this place to everyone who travel for work.

Only drawback is there was so noisy early morning coz of the lift close to the room.There should be sign placed outside lift to not make noise might someone is still sleeping.
