I have travelled around the world and rarely write feedback, but I must share my wonderful experience from my recent summer holiday stay in Delhi. From the very beginning, the hotel exceeded our expectations. My early check-in request was approved immediately, which set the tone for the entire stay. Within two nights, the hotel surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to the Regency Club for the entire stay, including lounge access for four nights. This was truly a dream come true for our family holiday. The service was consistently outstanding. I will not mention individual names, because every staff member was exceptional in their work. We asked for a flexible cleaning schedule, and the hotel assured us that housekeeping would be available anytime during the day—always delivered with a smile. Breakfast was nothing short of amazing. Whatever we wished for was available, and if something wasn’t ready, the staff gladly arranged it for us. The variety and quality were simply exceptional. We also enjoyed the wellness facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, cold bath shower, and gym. These added so much relaxation to our stay. To make it even better, our last request—a late check-out—was also approved immediately, which was the perfect conclusion to our stay. Most importantly, the warmth and professionalism of the staff made us feel completely at home. Every moment of our stay was enjoyable, and our family truly cherished every single second. This was a perfect holiday for us, and we look forward to returning for an even longer stay next time. Thank you to the entire team for making our Delhi holiday so memorable.

There is very little to point out, but I would suggest increasing the facilities for international travellers. An indoor swimming pool would be a wonderful addition. We also missed activities like badminton, squash, and golf. If the hotel could tie up with local clubs, guests could easily pay extra, manage transport, and enjoy these sports. All these facilities would make the hotel even more attractive for travellers all around the year, especially those coming for longer holidays.

The staff that handled in room dining and checkout were very courteous and impeccable.

Honestly, found it weird that at first I was allotted a room clearly inferior within the category, it was loud had construction noises and clearly audible staff noise due to its location (next to staff area). I had to ask for a room change and found the new room (same category) to be better by a margin. The check in experience could have been better, in that, if a better room is available that should be allotted first. Maybe learning is to ask for a quiet room before check in.

Location was very nice. Staff was good too. Breakfast area staff was excellent I have given feedback on day 1 and next day they remembered us and provided great service to my wife by showing her food options. I like they are proactive. Staff at concierge name Chaman was great guy He helped us with back to back dinner bookings at a nice place and he ensured we got best service. I want the manager to give him a bonus on our behalf for going above and beyond. The luggage Staff was good as well. I appreciate it. The reception staff who checked us in was tarun from memory and he was also good and friendly.

Room. It was smelling because it's old. I understand hotel is very old as we used to come there as kids. I want you guys to upgrade rooms as they smell due to wood or carpet being old. Something isn't right in room. Also our room was very small for the price we paid. I would have expected something better for convenience. Overall I won't come back.to hotel for room as it wasn't comfortable. Staff on other hand are brilliant.

Very good selection for breakfast. Excellent attentive staff. Really enjoyed our short stay.

The bespoke orders at breakfast were slow, and the waffles were a bit overcooked.

The pool area was nice. We used the jacuzzi. The breakfast buffet was not up to the standard of a 5-star hotel. Too many staff rush about half listening. Attention to detail is missing in many dishes. I struggled to get garnish for my congee despite asking repeatedly over 3 days. They billing staff delayed returning my deposit. I had to call repeatedly and be very firm before it was returned, even though we had checked out and the bill was paid in full.

The hotel by itself is the best you could ask for. The pool, fool and staff were great. But the room is very tiny. It’s almost like you’re crawling through the space. It’s just a foot distance in between the wall and the bed. Even the bathroom is very tiny. Once you keep your suitcase there little bit space left is gone. Photos are deceiving. They’ve taken it in a wider angle to show it bigger but it’s probably less than half of what it is. There is no space for a spare bed if needed.

Change the pics of the rooms so people know what they’re up to. Not all can manage in a tiny room.

Breakfast buffet was good and extensive with a lot of options.

The staff at the parlour was very, very helpful.

The lighting inside the room needs to be significantly improved - especially in front of the large mirror in the room - to help ladies wear their clothes / sarees and apply their make-up. You could also consider putting up self-lit magnifying mirrors in the bathrooms (as in South East Asia). No one in in-room dining, house keeping or operator seemed to respond to calls when we needed them.

Centrally located in the city. Sidewalk Cafe cakes and pastries exceptional. Italian cuisine very good. Lebanese food is delicious.

Chinese cuisine has too many chillies that kills other essential flavours. Indian cuisine is heavy with too many spices which makes the vegetables or meat or fish tasteless. It is important that spices remain ingredients that enhance the dish not become the main dish. In general the hotel has aged and needs an overhaul. A new modern and efficient building will make it a landmark as in decades ago. Staff skills sets are varied and more rigorous training can set it right. It is not impossible.
