We stayed here for our final night of 10 in Northern India - we were staying in what we call “moderate price” hotels. This was the best of those - a really good, solid choice at a good price; it’s the only one where everything worked! We had lunch in the restaurant which was very pleasant and although we didnt have dinner I did have a tour of the dinner buffet (you can also do a la carte) looked delicious and piping hot. Yes, you can get hotels twice as good - but they will cost 4 or 5 times the price. This is a great balance of price and quality-the very essence of “good value”. The staff and managers were extremely professional and could not do enough for you.

To be honest I can’t think of anything.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the hotel is very cozy and well-kept and the personnel is extremely nice. Breakfast was also good. It's in a nice location, quiet but still not far from the center or the airport. Bathroom is well equipped with soap, shower gel, shampoo and everything.

The room was a bit cold and the floor a bit dirty (while beds and bathroom were clean). Water pressure in the shower was not very high.

Very nice room overlooking Mahatma Gandhi Marg. Yes, that street is quite lively, even at night. But if you're not bothered by street noise like me (or have earplugs), you should request a room with street view. Rooms on the other side can be quite dark. The food is very good, the location is very central, walking distance to the embassy area and to Nehru Park, public transport is also nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom was not clean when I arrived, but this was rectified quickly after I talked to the staff.

The location was perfect for my purpose. Cabs were easily available. The check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. The staff were extremely polite, friendly and efficient. The room was decently sized and very comfortable. Everything was very clean and hygienic. The bathroom was well kept with clean towels. There was hot water available at any time. The buffet breakfast was limited but adequate and delicious. For me everything was perfect and I would recommend this hotel

Nice experience at the cosy grand hotel. We spent 1 nights here when we first arrived in Delhi. The hospitality very nice. We were served by the best - reception Mr. Amit, Aman, and room service Bhupender and House keeping Manjesh,vinod. They together provided a friendly and welcoming service. We had breakfast included and the highlight for us was the wide selection of Indian cuisine! ranging from the North to the South. Thank you for looking after us during our stay.

I really appreciated the location of the hotel. Also the staff, especially the receptionist, is very keen to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are spacious which makes it a very pleasent stay. The hotel holds a restaurant which offers very fresh dishes and you can also get them delivered to your room. A plus was that they have a travel agent (Ashok) there from 10 AM every day to book your trips to the Taj Mahal or wherever you would like to go. This was so convenient for me. I would definitely consider to stay again in this hotel when traveling to India.

everything was excellent. staff was very nice and helpfully for anything's specially reception like Amit,Aman,Ankit and food also very nice and served with good as per hotel industries and made food according to me thanks to Girish as well.

management ask advance amount before check but as per booking.com policy you do not pay any amount before arrival. This massage to booking.com please check and ask to hotel management why are asking to advance before check-in and sent lots of msgs as well.

Very good location, very near to the American Embassy, Safdarjung Railway station., Sarojini Nagar shopping area and to other places' All the staffs are vey good, friendly and helpful. The front Desk officer Mr Amit is very helpful, He arranged for the transport whenever we needed.

I have nothing to complain about anything, all the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are pretty well clean and tidy. The room has balcony from their you can take a fresh air and enjoy your morning coffee or tea. Besides this, the hotel is in close range of many tourists attraction places. The availability of transportation to go anywhere is well available at any point of time. Hotel is also close to IGI Airport for your immediate stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for your upcoming visit. Staffs are really helpful and breakfast is really good especially indian food. Air conditioner works well and cool the room pretty well. Looking forward for my next trip.

I must say that there is nothing that i can ask to improve or change.

Staff are extremely courteous and helpful , Managers at the reception Amit and Aman were good and helpful . They would not say No to a request which was the best part of the Stay . Double room is spacious and comfortable.Also comes a small balcony giving you an opportunity to enjoy the Delhi winters .

Twin rooms are a bit cramped.
