Room was so spacious. There was coffee maker and weighing machine. Which was great. It was easy to access all the provided facility in room. Complementary cake nd flower decor was amazing. Food was great, especially the chaat delicacies. My kid enjoy the fullest meal. Which was more satisfying. Great service, food nd room.

Property is quite compact. Even indoor is not much bigger to roam around. Pool area was bit smaller as compare to other 5 star Property like Taj Palace. But seprate pool for kids was very well defined according to kids safety. Even there was no evening performance on piano etc .

As a world traveller and having stayed in over 300 hotels over the years i have always considered ITC Maurya as a benchmark of quality, Luxury, outstanding food, exceptional service and staff that go the extra mile for the guests.

Yes, I do have a few comments...while the services, food, and staff were outstanding. Unfortunately, the property is looking extremely dated, worn-out, and fatigued. Extremely outdated scuffed furniture. Unusually small old TV. Curtains that were old, tired, and crumpled ! Bathroom fittings that date back to the mid 90's. ! Bathroom linen that was well past its life cycle. Dust on bedside tables & and minibar console. (Which admittedly, was addressed once brought to their attention). Overall, the atrocious condition of the room and the entire property in general was quite a shocker for this once upon a time, an exceptionally grand, opulent hotel. Hate to say it, but this property is past its prime and needs a serious makeover/revamp.

The hotel service and staff is outstanding here and the rooms are very comfy and spacious. I chose to stay here because i wanted to escape the delhi chaos and see some greenery and enjoy luxury stay on my trip. The stay didn’t disappoint. Rooms have great details and complimentary slippers, condiments and services. Bed is super comfy. The breakfast buffet is outstanding you won’t need lunch! Lots of great options from beautiful Indian food to western style and cereal/juice bar. Tip to dine in for breakfast on the top floor with a stellar view! I also dined at the Bukhara restaurant which is a must do restaurant in India.

I chose a non smoking room and there were rooms either side of mine smoking which wasn’t pleasant when my door was open or walking to the lift. Also the walls were quite thin so could hear conversations if people talking loudly next door.

Location, spacious room, service, friendly stuff.

This posh hotel makes small things a hassle. For example, I arrived around 7 PM, and the coffee bar with the smoking zone was closed. To enjoy a cup of coffee with a cigarette, I had to go to my room on a high floor, order coffee there, and then return to the coffee bar in the lobby. Additionally, there was a card in the room to fill out for breakfast preferences, but no one informed me that this was for a paid breakfast, and the free breakfast included in my booking was actually a buffet. They didn't charge me in the end, but I still had to spend some time arranging that. In the evening, there was a traffic jam right before the entrance, so I had to wait for a taxi for 15 minutes

Almost everything about the hotel was exceptional, including breakfast, staff behaviour, cleanliness etc. But what really put you off are the long traffic snarls right outside the hotel gates, which make your entrance and exit, especially during the peak office hours, really painstaking. May be you can take this up with the relevant government authorities and find some way out.

Breakfast spread was good. Some items were repeated every day...which could be avoided. The hospitality in the restaurant was really good with all the staff putting their best. Duty Manager Ayush was at his absolute best ...trying to do whatever he could for our comfort. Young guy....deserves all the praise. Concierge were really good and helpful...

Team at the reception would do better by being a it warm to customers.

The hospitality was really awesome. People like Mr. Lal Singh from housekeeping, Preeti (housekeeping) Judy, Utkarsh & Parul from restaurant pavilion, Dhruv Dutt & Aryan from reception, Shalu Mam from guest service & Mr. Satender Singh ( bell boy) are the reason why I will always choose ITC Maurya. Your team is so professional and kind, always greeted me with a big smile. Really loved my stay in this wonderful property.

Can’t recollect any, I had a fabulous experience.

I like the courtesy extended by the staff right from the shift manager Mr Satvik Joshi to the counter person Mr Gaurav and the house keeping staff. The behaviour of the senior staff during breakfast was also found to be very nice. The room was awesome.

Quality of food was very good. However, management of food requires improvement. Trainees tend to forget supplying the orders and later two trainees used to get the same order. Delay in orders during breakfast is to be reduced.

The staff was courteous and service requests were handled promptly. Room was clean and had adequate supplies. The Towers room's size is comfortable and offers space to move around. As for food, the breakfast buffet was good and offered a good spread. We liked the golf bar and it's aesthetics too.

There were queues for entry into the pavillion restaurant for the breakfast buffet. Similarly, we had to wait for a table during evening happy hours even though two lounges were accessible to us. It may have been because of the weekend rush. The mattress could've been more comfortable. It was too soft.

The overall service was good, the staff was courteous and were prompt when asked for anything. The cleanliness and comfort of the room was beyond expectations. The dinner at the pavillion was delicious.

The checkout experience, I prefer to have express checkouts, where I could just drop the key and walk off, but, there wasn't any such facility at the hotel, I would had preferred that. While I was waiting in the check out line for the checkout, multiple hotel staff asked me about my staff, the first time it was okay, but, the second and third time, it became annoying.
