Location of the hotel was very convenient. It is situated near to embassy area and administrative offices of central government. So, accessibility is a greater advantage. Rooms were well equipped and clean. Staffs were very supportive and room service was excellent.

As I'm from Kerala, I faced some difficulty with food. Cuisine is limited, I would say. I could find photostat copy of the menu in my room, which was not in readable form. Providing menu photostat copy to guests is highly unprofessional, I would say.

Breakfast was average please, location is superb, rooms and facility are very nice, staff were very helpful, Room food service was very good, but just that morning breakfast could have been better pls.

I asked for a room in new wing so the room was quite nice. Staff were helpful actually when asked for help.

The room was in first floor which is closed to club so you can hear the beats that could be difficult to sleep, so ask for higher floor.

The spray in toilet was wrongly placed on the left and extremely difficult to press. There was only one channel on TV and no news channel.

Breakfast selection and spread was awesome.. lunch and dinner was room service only which was convenient and on time. Food is given in generous amounts and definitely worth the value. Each item is definitely meant for 2 persons. Toilet dispensaries were more than I expected, like body lotion and mouth wash in addition to the standard items of comb, shower gel, toothbrush and paste etc. They allowed me an additional 2 hours of stay on request to accommodate my flight timings, which was nice of them. Staff is very friendly and quick to respond.

As food is in excess, they need to offer packing material in case of take away which is currently unavailable. Parts of the tub in the bathroom was slightly eroded with the paint work coming off. Not a pleasant site to see considering the rating of the hotel. The complimentary banana provided was difficult to open and was not digestible..suggest changing the fruit to the smaller version from green to yellow instead.

The location was perfect and also the wifi and room were good.

Cleanliness and a garbage bin in the toilet would have been good.

Prompt service

We were 2 pax stayed for 2 night Request to increase quantity of fruit which keep in room but they didt and refuse.

Ideally located stayed in renovated room and it is very good for value

Staff attitude to be improved

some facilities can be improved. Ex there was no mat in the bath. Main door was having corrupted wood. Lighting arrangement was dim.

warn water was not there.

It was next to Hotel Ashok. I was having two days conference at Hotel Ashok.

No specific reason to dislike.
