This hotel was amazing! The smell of the whole hotel is Devine!! I wish I could have stayed longer! The welcome drinks and the blessing when you entered the hotel made you feel like royalty! The amount of water you have in your room is great, the cans of water you get by the pool are cool! The rooftop swimming pool is amazing, great view and sunsets from there. The beds are huge and comfortable! The bath is like heaven! I ordered room service which was great! The breakfast in the morning was so good! If I could honestly stay longer I would have but I feel like everyone should experience it for one night!

Absolutely excellent! I stayed here for 2 nights and every minute I spent here, I absolutely loved it. We were welcomed with a garland and aarti ceremony. Our bags were sent up to our rooms and we were offered a welcome beverage, and we were sat immediately upon entering the hotel premise. They took care of all the check-in procedures while we sat comfortably in their gorgeous lobby. Then we were escorted to our gorgeous rooms where we completed our formalities, like payment etc., in our room privately. At this point, I would like to socially mention Mr. Angad for his respectful and out-of-the-world hospitality. He spoke to us very well with so much respect. He checked in with us every day to see how we were. We were absolutely impressed and touched by his warmth and service and dedication to the guests' comfort. About Leela Palace itself, we loved everything about the place - amenities, restaurant, breakfast, and dinner. The property is gorgeously designed with state-of-the-art design that fused colonial style and Indian tradition together. Each and every staff member welcomed us and greeted us, and we sincerely appreciated everything about Leela Palace. I adored the smell of the lobby and the rooms. Our stay was truly a treat to our senses, mind, body, and heart. I was recommended to stay in another hotel before I stayed in Leela Palace, and after staying in both, the only regret I have is that I didn't stay in Leela Palace throughout my stay in New Delhi. Insha Allah, whichever city I travel to in India next time, Leela Palace will be the only place I will go to because it truly feels like home.

Their genuine, caring, solution making attitude, attention to detail, willingness to help, their genuine smiles and calmness is so unique and gracious at The Leela Palace. The beauty of this luxurious hotel is extraordinary! A must have experience, top level of hospitality, service and luxury of this magnificent place! The upgraded to the Club Room was worth it. I can not wait to stay there again. Highly recommend. Everything was very memorable and unique. From the airport pick up to welcome ceremony to check in… employees are highlight of this place. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I had the pleasure of meeting a team member at the restaurant. Her name is Kashish. She was so friendly and professional. Her big smile was something I will remember when I think of this stay. I wish I could mention everyone’s name. Everyone was just amazing and extremely professional and friendly. The food quality above five star and variety of choices suit this hotel very well. I stayed at the Leela Ambience on my back home and it wasn’t the same experience. I was disappointed about Ambience Leela because I thought I would experience the same hospitality. So what makes the Leela Palace unique and memorable is definitely the employees. The room size is perfect and the luxury you experience is about comfort and relaxation. I highly recommend this palace to all. You will love it. ❤️🙏

We recently stayed at The Leela Palace, New Delhi, as a family of three – a toddler, a vegan adult, and a disabled adult – and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff went above and beyond to cater to our diverse needs, ensuring every detail was taken care of with thoughtfulness and efficiency. The complimentary airport transfers were a wonderful touch and made travelling with a toddler so much easier. We also greatly appreciated the personalised attention and care that each member of the team provided, from the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful gestures throughout our stay. There are too many amazing staff members to name, but every single person we interacted with was fabulous and contributed to making our stay unforgettable. The property itself is stunning, offering a blend of luxury and comfort, and it’s clear that the team takes great pride in maintaining the highest standards. The food was absolutely delicious, with plenty of options to accommodate our dietary preferences. Special mention to the chefs who thoughtfully prepared vegan meals that were both creative and flavourful. We stayed for six days and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Whether it was relaxing in the beautiful surroundings, indulging in the delicious cuisine, or experiencing the warm hospitality, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. As a person with a disability, I found the entrance quite chaotic and difficult to manage - lots of people, cars, doors, security etc. that would be something to streamline

Great staff and service levels. The breakfast was authentic delhi favorites and I quite enjoyed the pool. What stands out is the care and comfort the staff strives to provide you. I had my toddler fall sick and the staff was very attentive to her needs.

A couple of pointers, they need to upgrade the hotel to make it more technology friendly like potentially app interactions and amenity requests along with room controls like other top hotels. The design of the rooms results in the neighbours sounds coming from their rooms, which did impact our sleep for a night which is my only complaint as at the price point you shouldn't have a bad night's sleep. A last suggestion would be making it more kids friendly, like a play area and more.

The food was outstanding, with a fantastic selection across the restaurants, each offering a unique and memorable dining experience. Every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always attentive and ready to assist with anything we needed. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and overall experience were second to none. We cannot recommend Leela Palace Delhi highly enough and will definitely be returning on our next visit!

This was my second trip to Leela and each time I stayed over 7 days. The second time experience was far better than first, it’s like the entire team tailored their experience to my expectations. From driver pickup to doormen/concierge, front desk managers, butlers and hotel staff, everyone are in sync and aligned. The rooms are great, breakfast is better and experience inside hotel is fabulous. I recommend you upgrade your room to club access and you will see value in that treatment.

The club access rules had changed from my last visit but the lovely ladies at front desk were able to accommodate my requests.

The hotel is classy and encompasses the essence of India whole heartedly. I was blown away by everything the hotel had to offer even with the issue of paint smell soon as we mentioned it to the staff they moved us to a bigger better room due to the inconvenience. Amenities and concierge were all very handy with mobile sim service and they were always happy to provide smaller notes for our convenience. Special treats like incense sticks were left in our room with personalised messages. The beds were soooo comfortable had the best sleeps! Fantastic stay at the Leela we will be retuning in the future!

We had an issue with the hallway being painted on our floor and there was some building work going on which didn’t go on for long.

Incredible hotel! It felt really luxurious, and the staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room was great, the pillow menu was excellent and everything we requested was super quick to be delivered to our room. Breakfast was outstanding - huge selection of food and a whole menu of things made to order and staff went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed everything. Great selection of bars and restaurants which were pricey but great. Hotel is in the diplomatic area which feels completely different to the rest of new delhi - clean, streets not too busy, lots of trees, so nothing nearby to walk to but it was easy to get a taxi or tuk tuk and it felt like an oasis of calm in a hectic city

At check in, we changed rooms and it took 45 minutes for our bags to then be delivered to our room because reception hadn't notified the team delivering the bags. Dinner and drinks were very expensive but mostly worth it other than the wine which was extortionately priced especially by the glass
