I was waiting in the lobby sitting on couch around 9:30 pm. The hotel taxi was suppose to pick me up at 11:30 pm. With jet lag, I was sitting on the couch in front lobby and nodding, sleepy. Suddenly a man in black suit with a loud voice yelled you can't sleep in lobby, I wasn't, I was sitting. He said gym is closed and spa is closed, so he cannot send me to either of these places. Then he asked me to drink ice water. I felt very intimidated. Tjis was very ugly

I want an apology from this person or manager for unprofessional behavior.

The Leela Palace Delhi is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect — spotless rooms, stunning architecture and décor, delicious food, and the most caring staff. We lost our luggage at the airport, and the concierge went above and beyond — making endless calls, arranging a taxi to pick it up (at no charge), offering us sandwiches while we waited, and even gifting us a beautiful elephant symbolizing prosperity for our honeymoon. Unmatched hospitality and incredible attention to detail. Truly a world-class experience!

This was a truly luxurious stay - probably one of the best hotels we have ever experienced, and by far the best during our time in India. We were picked up from the airport in a beautiful car, and upon arrival, we received the warmest welcome. The check-in process was seamless, and from that moment on, everything was simply outstanding. Every member of the staff was exceptional, and the level of service and attention to detail was remarkable. We were genuinely impressed and only wish we could have stayed a little longer.

I was resting for 22 hours. She came to my room and help me get back to myself. Amazing job. Rik and Kashish gave me the best warming welcoming for breakfast lunch and dinner. There’s absolutely nothing I did not like

Absolutely the best stay I’ve ever had! I stayed 5 nights at The Leela Palace New Delhi and was blown away by the service. My room was upgraded, complimentary laundry and airport transfers were included — everything was seamless and luxurious. The staff made me feel truly special. If I could add one tiny wish, it would be more variety at breakfast (like French vegetables or simple healthy dishes such as stewed chicken or steamed broccoli). Otherwise, perfection!

It was the most unforgettable experience staying at The Leela Palace for 4 night! The hotel staff (including all chefs, restaurants staff) are out of this world! Their genuine, caring, solution making attitude, attention to detail, willingness to help, their genuine smiles and calmness is so unique and gracious at The Leela Palace. The beauty of this luxurious hotel is extraordinary! A must have experience, top level of hospitality, service and luxury of this magnificent place! The upgraded to the Club Room was worth it. I can not wait to stay there again. Highly recommend. Thank you again to the most amazing, wonderful, caring, extraordinary professional people and its management for creating the most memorable level of hospitality for their guests in the world. This hotel was amazing! The smell of the whole hotel is Devine!! I wish I could have stayed longer! The welcome drinks and the blessing when you entered the hotel made you feel like royalty! The amount of water you have in your room is great, the cans of water you get by the pool are cool! The rooftop swimming pool is amazing, great view and sunsets from there. The beds are huge and comfortable! The bath is like heaven! I ordered room service which was great! The breakfast in the morning was so good! If I could honestly stay longer I would have but I feel like everyone should experience it for one night!

Absolutely excellent! I stayed here for 2 nights and every minute I spent here, I absolutely loved it. We were welcomed with a garland and aarti ceremony. Our bags were sent up to our rooms and we were offered a welcome beverage, and we were sat immediately upon entering the hotel premise. They took care of all the check-in procedures while we sat comfortably in their gorgeous lobby. Then we were escorted to our gorgeous rooms where we completed our formalities, like payment etc., in our room privately. At this point, I would like to socially mention Mr. Angad for his respectful and out-of-the-world hospitality. He spoke to us very well with so much respect. He checked in with us every day to see how we were. We were absolutely impressed and touched by his warmth and service and dedication to the guests' comfort. About Leela Palace itself, we loved everything about the place - amenities, restaurant, breakfast, and dinner. The property is gorgeously designed with state-of-the-art design that fused colonial style and Indian tradition together. Each and every staff member welcomed us and greeted us, and we sincerely appreciated everything about Leela Palace. I adored the smell of the lobby and the rooms. Our stay was truly a treat to our senses, mind, body, and heart. I was recommended to stay in another hotel before I stayed in Leela Palace, and after staying in both, the only regret I have is that I didn't stay in Leela Palace throughout my stay in New Delhi. Insha Allah, whichever city I travel to in India next time, Leela Palace will be the only place I will go to because it truly feels like home.

Checking in and out was very fast . Staff at the lobby were very friendly and welcoming and very helpful. Room and bathroom were very spacious and super clean and comfortable. The Indian restaurant was one of the best ones that we had the service there was great and the food was very delicious.

The service at the breakfat and The Qube restaurant was very slow and they would forget to bring our orders at some times. Also the security check in the intrance everytime wasnt necessary.

Beautiful hotel and amazing friendly staff. Rooms were exceptional. Breakfast was also one of the best we’ve ever had. Worth the price if you want a treat while visiting India.

We went to the Indian restaurant Jamavar in the hotel for dinner and were disappointed with the food. Nothing exceptional considering the price. Had a far better meal outside of the hotel for 20% of the price. Also I wanted to try the local Indian Rosé which was featured on the wine list, they did not have it chilled. I would expect better in a 5 star hotel.
