good location, delicious breakfast, the room was beautiful, everything you needed was there, all the accessories

the price is a little overpriced in my opinion, the staff worked for a long time upon check-in and could not figure it out. It took 2 hours to check in. The fact is that I changed the dates on the Booking.com website, canceled the initial reservation, then increased the number of days and received confirmation from the website. the employee could not figure it out for more than an hour, and I checked in at night, it was very inconvenient to spend an hour at the reception after a tiring flight and transfer

Mostly friendly staff and a high quality of cleanliness.

Restaurant prices were very expensive. Hot food at breakfast was only warm and cold drinks were not cold.

The room was great, we were on the 17th floor and the view was great. The duvets are lovely. The breakfast and food options are great.. Our room also included an additional afternoon snack on the 20th floor. There were live white lilies everywhere in the hotel, including in the room.

The beds are a bit narrow I don't like when they block an amount from my credit card (which has not been unblocked yet) at check-in The hotel is not well-disposed towards smokers, we have to smoke right in front of the hotel I don't like bathtubs in hotels.

It smelt nice! Room was quite compact, but bed was very comfortable and shower was clean and had hot water. Indian restaurant was lovely and food great. Asian restaurant was really cold (aircon too high - colder than any other part of the hotel) and we were relieved to get out - it spoilt the meal — great views though

Ridiculous nonsense where I wanted Perrier water at dinner but they wouldn’t get it from the bar, so I went to the bar and got it - the barman there came with me and told the restaurant waiter that should have got Perrier for me. It’s rated 5* but that wasn’t good service. Drinks service at the pool was hard to get hold of. Should be doing better on things like this

The rooms are superb, we were on a high floor and the view is amazing. The duvets are lovely. The breakfast exceeded all our expectations. Our room also included an additional afternoon snack with coffee on the 20th floor. Fresh white lilies everywhere in the hotel. I am impressed.

The beds are a bit narrow for a 5 star hotel. At the reception they blocked an amount from my credit card upon check-in, which is greater than the amount of all the nights and a week later it is still blocked on my card. There are not enough places to smoke, you have to smoke right in front of the hotel or on the pool on the 4th floor, without the possibility to sit, you have to stand and that is not pleasant on warm days.

Great facilities and options in the hotel.

I booked a twin room and was not accommodated. The reception staff initially were not going to provide any compensation for not allocating twin room. I had to persist for club level access in lieu of not fulfilling what we booked. I found the reception staff negative and not helpful upon checkin.

Good location, clean rooms. Good sized gym and spa. Many of the staff did not speak very good English (despite being an international hotel) which made it hard, particularly explaining allergy issues at the restaurant. There also weren't enough staff at check in and despite getting a free room upgrade through booking.com we weren't given any information about the club lounge at reception (we only learned about it by chance later on). Overall good hotel, but quite overpriced and staff communication really not great.

Breakfast is very rich and has options suitable also for vegans Staff very kind and helpful Room was clean and spacious enough. Very good location to visit the city

Some rooms have been refurbished and completely lost their original design and style, like the one we were in, but it was nonetheless a comfortable room. Bathroom amenities in plastic packaging, refillable dispensers would be an eco-friendlier choice. Dinner buffet or a la carte is a bit pricey, no other dining options at walking distance in the area.

Breakfast was excellent far much better than other Hotels. Staff was very friendly and helpful and in all its value for money with luxury. Room Service does a fabulous job they are very attentive and will highly recommend this Property to others as well. Good Job

I think they can put better table and floor lamps in the Hotel and rest all is excellent. The lamps put inside don’t give a rich & luxury feel and I am sure there are far better options for the lamps .

Stylish. Plenty of choices for food and drinks.

We had an issue with the hotel concierge dept., regarding the booking of taxis and the retail outlets that the taxi drivers "associate with." We have discussed this with hotel management and weren't impressed with their flippant response. We will not stay there again as a result.
