Staff from the room service and dining room are very helpful and polite, ready to help. Amit from room service was kind and did his duty perfectly

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. When we came to check in we didn’t have Indian rupee, and we paid for 2 nights in USD. To think logically, for other two nights we have to pay the same amount. But they asked us to pay more. Also, when we checked out they again asked us to pay 519 rupees and said that they calculated wrong🙄. I am wondering is it so difficult to calculate for 4 nights? Also there was problem with WiFi, we had to ask them to connect again and again. It would be better if they offer free WiFi with one password for every visitor, rather than an individual password for each room.

1. Good hotel with great connectivity through Auto, Cabs and Metro station at Shivaji Stadium. 2. The staff members were very helpful and prompt. 3. Room was clean and had all the basic amenities and toiletries. 4. Arun in the Zing restaurant was exceptional in his service. 5. Reasonable rates per night given the property is at the centre of the city.

1. Unless you pay advance during check-in, you have to settle in room dining bills directly rather than posting that against the room which you can pay at the check out. 2. Room was small for an additional bed.

I love staying at the Metro, this was my 4th time staying at the Metro, feels like a home away from home. Rooms are comfortable and clean, breakfast buffet always delicious and full of variety.

This time we experienced an issue with the staff when arriving at the hotel but the lobby manager made extra efforts to turn the experience around by upgrading us, adding breakfast to our stay and giving us a late checkout.

Spacious comfortable room with all you need, nice restaurants all staffs (entrance reception restaurants) are friendly and attentive. Hotel is in the heart of the city everything close by. Good value for money.

All good except the wifi facilities are out of date. If you want to use (with iPhone) you have to switch off most security settings (private relay, VPN, Malware filter) to be able to connect to the Open non protected WiFi network of the hotel. It didn’t feel safe at all.

Good sized comfy bed with WiFi in the room, which was clean and all linen fresh as to be expected for the price. The pool is a great size and towels are provided at the poolside. The buffet breakfast and evening meal, if you wanted it, are highly recommended - there’s a different variety every day and it’s all freshly prepared. I’d also recommend asking for chai tea! The staff were very attentive, very helpful and polite. There was no noise from any of the other rooms. And it’s so easy to get to and from the airport (follow signs for Metro) via the clean, aircon and cheap (about 70 pence to go 3 stops) metro to Shivaji Stadium station, which is 5 mins walk away - saves an expensive taxi on congested roads.

What looked like the vanity mirror wiring box in the bathroom was not concealed properly - a minor thing.

Excellent Room, Excellent Breakfast menu, Excellent location being in the heart of City adjacent to CP.

The Check In Staff at reception on date of Arrival was very casual, which not only delayed my Check In but also inconvenienced me in changing room. Staff insisted I have not paid any advance so have to pay full 3 days room rent at Check In. I said I have paid by UPI on QR code that came from Hotel on email and also got acknowledgment from Hotel on email. Then his colleague checked and confirmed this to the concerned staff. I was also given twin bed room instead of single King size bed that I had opted and was confirmed by hotel on email through Booking.Com. I had to wait in the firts allotted room for 15 mins to get it changed to single King size bed room.

Breakfast menu was good. Especially liked the fact that they had mutton kheema in the menu. Service was exemplary . We had an additional bed added to the room and thought it was small , it was very comfortable. We stayed at the hotel to go for a US Visa Interview and the rates for the hotel were very reasonable (18K Rupees) , while all other 4 and 5 star hotels in the area on the day were gng for (40-60K) . Location is very closely to Connaught Palace and Bangla Sahib

We had to book the hotel at the last minute as our other accommodation fell through. We were very lucky to get the room and had a wonderful stay. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and go the extra mile. We ate the buffet breakfast and dinner that was included in our stay each day - it was delicious every single time!! Definitely try the Indian food at the buffet - it's incredible! The hotel is a short walk from the metro which is perfect for exploring Delhi and getting to the airport. There's also taxis available at the hotel and auto riskshaws just a minute away.

Warm and hospitable staff in the reception and security. Clean and comfortable room with well appointed toilet and Mini Bar. Very comfortable bed and pillows This is my preferred accommodation in Delhi on business trips

Breakfast staff is inefficient and inattentive. Breakfast spread was ordinary with bread and Danish being very dry and unappetizing. Saw a waiter pick up nuts from the buffet counter with his hands and eat them TV leaves a lot to be desired. TV itself is quite small and absolutely no choice of channels. Looks like the hotel has not subscribed to any Cable. These issues have to be taken care of

A decent large hotel. The rooms were very nice and the beds exceptionally comfortable. The spa has a free-to-use steam room which was great facility after a day travelling, eps as Delhi is pretty dirty/smoggy. There was an enormous and impressive choice for breakfast

The location is okay, there is a lot of poverty/homelessness nearby. We only stayed 1 night so didn't venture out partly because of this, plus there are restaurants onsite. We chose Chutney restaurant, and while the food was nice, we felt it was over-priced for what we received. Food and Alcohol tax is high in Delhi and is in addition to the prices shown in the menu. That caught us out!
