Well where do I start, the driver that was supposed to meet me at the arrivals gate was not there despite me messaging the hotel up to 24 hours in advance and being assured he would be there, so i had to get a prepaid taxi, not too much of a problem as I had stayed at the hotel before and knew where it was. I arrived at the hotel and check in was quick and room was ready, all staff very nice and welcoming. Harish is a real star. 48 hours after check in I began to feel unwell, staff member Damodar took me to a hospital where I was diagnosed with a head cold and a chest infection and put on a drip, the next day I fell in my room and didn't have the strength to get back up, I crawled too the door and after a few tries I managed to reach up and unlock it and call for help, once again Damodar came to my rescue, he took me to hospital where I was diagnosed with a viral fever and put on a drip, 2 hours later I was fit to go back to the hotel Next day back too the hospital where I was diagnosed with severe diarrhea (which I did not get from the hotel) Covid and de-hydration. Damodar made sure I got all the medication I needed. The hospital suggested I was tested for Dengue fever and Typhoid, Damodar organized the doctor who came to the hotel to take blood Luckily both tests were negative. All the staff at the hotel were great, I had booked to stay 1 week but they let me stay longer as I was sick, Damodar really took care of me checking on me often and even going out to get me fruit, even the security guard was great, always saluting me when I went out or came back. Hot water available every day if you phone reception and a kettle and fridge supplied. Being so ill I had to cut my trip short, 11 days instead of 28, the manager made sure I got my boarding pass printed and the taxi to the airport organized. So a big thank you too you guys at the hotel, you really looked after me. Turns out i had Covid and a Fever and severe de hydration and was treated in hospital in UK

The reception area, stairwells etc were all very clean and looked good. 24 hour reception and cctv so very safe. Staff were friendly enough, always polite etc. The initial room we were given was very poor (damp issues). We asked for another room and within about 30 mins we were moved to a much better room. Otherwise, we would have changed hotel. The bathroom was ok. You could ask for room cleaning. Location was near the metro, which was great. Lots of ok places to eat and drink locally and within walking distance. Bed was comfortable. There are lots of budget tourists in this area and lots of hotels. This hotel is really popular for tourists and travelling business people.

Breakfast at the Imperial was quite poor compared to Festas just down the road. It was just about ok. It's a noisey area, esp at night, but it does generally quieten down. i imagine quieter places are more expensive and further out. The ramakrishna ashram is behind the hotel, so there is chanting early morning. Also the kitchen behind the hotel starts cooking early. Towels are old but clean, the same as other places of the same price. We would have preferred a bed in the middle of the room as per photo.

Hotel is a little older but it was ok! My room was clean, beds were comfortable. I felt safe as a blond tall solo woman traveler. It was hard to find a good and affordable hotel in delhi. There are a couple of nice restaurants for food. And opposite of the hotel is a veryyyyy good chai lady. Best chai I had after 1 month in India. Nothing bad about the hotel, nothing outstanding. Thats why 4 stars. But could had been 5 too. Wifi works great! I think they improved it, as on booking.com free wifi rating is poor. Every room has there own router now, and I had a video call for 3hrs in my room without any issues.

Good location and lovely staff. The reception area is welcoming and well kept. Fairly clean and everyone was very friendly. Breakfast is provided in a cute nearby cafe and restaurant by the same owner. Staff was really kind and meals were good and cheap.

Rooms are basic and need renovation. Overall facilities are below 4-star (ex. A/C unit super old and not working. An equally old small heater was provided, which did its job but not a safe appliance). Waiting times and wrong or missing orders are frequent at the restaurant. Breakfast can be improved and not to the same standards as dinner options.

I recently stayed at the Natraj Yes Please, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! The hotel itself was stunning, with spacious rooms and a breathtaking city view from window. The amenities making it the perfect place to relax. A special shoutout to Ajaz Baktoo at the travel office! He went above and beyond to help us plan our itinerary. Her recommendations for local attractions and restaurants were spot on, and he even secured ouw reservations at some popular spots. His friendly demeanor and expert advice truly made our trip unforgettable. Overall, I highly recommend the Natraj Hotel for anyone looking for a beautiful getaway. I can't wait to return!

In July, I spent a single night there. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and the hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere. My room had a decent size, was tidy, had a lovely shower in the bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities, and a really comfy bed (complete with giant pillows). It's a peaceful, beautiful little gym. One advantage was that it was all mine!

Although they informed me when I made my reservation that the hotel's parking lot was full, I really have no issues about the establishment other than having to find another place to park. Not a major issue in the end.
