Akhil, the hotel's owner, is a great host, and nothing was too much trouble. I had friends who had also booked to stay at Neu Villa, and he made sure their room was in tip-top shape for their arrival. My room was spacious, but I found my bed a little hard—this is quite normal for India. However, I was offered a softer mattress, but I declined. I appreciated being given the option. WiFi was fast and stable. The area is also bustling with activity, many restaurants and nearby places of interest. You can also get high-quality food from Akhil's restaurant, offering various cuisines. You can call him to place your orders. The hotel is located 15km from Indira Gandhi International Airport and will take about 35-40 mins to reach, depending on traffic. I was made to feel most welcome, and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Some of the room's power points needed to be fixed, making charging a laptop, camera, and phone a little challenging. I was told that the room was still undergoing renovations and this will be fixed soon.

Afsana was super helpful and very welcoming. The location is center so easy to get around. Room was clean and had what I need for the price.

over crowded road..

This is obviously one of the nicer places in Paharganj, and very close to the metro station (RK Ashram Marg). Room was big, bathroom was nice, bed was comfy. Staff were very kind and clearly working hard to make a nice experience for guests. Room has a fridge, AC was good and there was hot water. Overall we thought it was great value for money.

Hot water was very intermittent, some days we had it, some days we didn't. Room wasn't cleaned daily, but when we asked the staff, they didn't hesitate and came up to clean and change the sheets straight away. We did laundry here and all our clothes had initials written in them, including brand new white T-shirts. And it's the only hotel we've ever been to who charged us for the water in the room.

Location is very close to RK ashram metro. Locality is good. Better than Aarakashan road. Room was spacious (had booked tripple room) Hotel is purely for stay. Then dont have anything else. Food, laundry etc is all outsourced

Food comes from outside so payment has to be done then and there. It has to be cash so most time staff does not have change and you have to leave 10-20 rs

Location is very good. its nearby to Ramakrishna Ashram Metro Station. Property owner and staff are very cooperative and polite. I was made to feel most welcome and definitely I would like to stay here again.
