The hotel is a great and safe place. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom is clean, with a shower and hot water. The food is good. The staff is very polite and helpful. They have a 24/7 reception which is great for late check in. Muhmmad sikandar was very helpful with all my requests. I can recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Delhi.

We arrived early on the morning and our room wasn’t ready so they gave us another one for the waiting time, we really appreciated it after a long day of travelling and with tired kids with us. Room itself was nice and clean. We had good service from their travel agency.

It was quite cold in the room in the wintertime but it’s the case in any Delhi hotel at this time of year. All in all we liked it really much but there was one turn off just when we were about to leave the hotel. The guy from the reception wanted to help us with writing the review to the Booking.com making sure that we were going to give an execellent review (10) for our stay. That I didn’t like so much because I myself really rely on the guests reviews when booking the hotel and want that those reviews are accurate and real.

Very good service and very friendly staff, safe for solo traveling woman, tea and coffee at the room, possible to order food, good and fresh food, spacy room, clean, decent. I would definitely come back.

As a solo female traveller the staff made me feel super welcome and took care of everything I might need including organising an excellent driver to take me around Delhi for three days at a good price. The rooms are very secure and well appointed and the in-house restaurant was also excellent and I highly recommend the Thali and the Indian breakfast. An added bonus was being able to go to the Ramakrishna mission and enjoy their peaceful gardens which was a nice contrast to the vibrancy of the street. If you like being amongst Indian street life complete with cows, fruit stalls and chai stands then this is a good colourful option.

It’s our second stay here. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Always going the extra mile to make their guests feel comfortable, and assist with anything. This time, we only stayed one night, and were upgraded to the Super Deluxe double room, which was amazing!!! Really big and clean. A welcome retreat after a long trip. Conveniently ten metres from main bazaar They also have a travel agent next to reception who is happy to help, even if you just have some questions. A short, 5 minute auto ride to New Delhi Railway Station. Or a 10-15 Minute walk (depending on the time of day)

Krishna Plaza was a very pleasant surprise 🤗 The hotel is spotlessly clean, which is rare in Paharganj. It has everything you might need: hairdryer, shampoo, towels, water, kettle, fridge—nothing missing. The staff are absolutely wonderful: kind, friendly, and available 24/7. As a woman traveling alone, I felt completely safe, which is incredibly important to me. It’s also just a 2-minute walk from the Ramakrishna Ashram, perfect if you want to visit and soak in its peaceful, spiritual energy. Exceptional stay with warm hospitality! I had a truly wonderful experience at Hotel Krishna Plaza. The staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and stress-free. I had an important consulate appointment, and they helped arrange a reliable airport pickup and taxi services at very affordable rates. The drivers they arranged were extremely friendly and punctual. The rooms were clean, the restrooms spotless, and the entire environment was neat and welcoming. The reception staff were especially kind, always ready to help with a smile. Located nearby RK Ashram Marg which is the greatest USP of this hotel. For a hotel that is not having all the star hotel facilities, thr price is too high. Pros 1. Located nearby RK Ashram Marg metro station 2. Located nearby New Delhi train station 3. For an old hotel, the rooms including bathrooms and toilets are tidy and clean. 4. Toiletries are provided 5. Breakfast is decent that is available between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM that has waiting time of 15 minutes after the order gets placed. I had English set breakfast that includes omlette, bread toast, hash potatoes and a drink/tea/coffee. It was good. 6. Nearby exotic rooftop restaurant that serves a good quality food. 7. Staffs take accountability to an extent and address the grievances Cons 1. Heater had some issues due to which there was a delay in getting hot water. We had to call the housekeeping staff and after an hour z it was resolved. 2. For about 3 consecutive days lift was out of service. We had to use the stairs to access our rooms located at 2nd floor. After roaming around we were already tired and were made to use the stairs that was tiresome. 3. Breakfast had very limited Indian cuisine options. Puri bhaji is probably the only option that we can try. 4. There is a room for improvement on the Cleanliness in Bedcovers. They are decent, but not good.
