I had a truly pleasant stay at this B&B. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Ram Krishna Ashram Marg metro station, making it incredibly easy to get around. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond by upgrading my room at no extra cost. The cleanliness was impeccable the linens, washroom, and room were all spotless. The air conditioning was powerful and kept the room perfectly cool throughout my stay. I didn’t encounter a single issue. The staff’s courteous and helpful nature really stood out, and there are plenty of shops nearby to meet any need. Highly recommended!

TO ALL TRAVELLERS. this hotel is excellent, super clean and very friendly staff. toilet shower and aircon all working perfectly, no complaints. didnt see any bugs or anything dirty in my room (except usual expected wear and tear). really enjoyed my stay and was perfect to unwind after a long chaotic day. located in a great location for food and regular rickshaw drivers (check uber for prices always to avoid overpaying). located 10 minute walk or 2 minute ride to NDLS station which is very convenient if requiring transit to different cities. could not recommend this place more.

Only issue for some is the location, it is located just off main bazar road which some will know is very chaotic. but this is what you expect in india. people may hassle you when getting to the hotel but it does exist, just a little difficult to find, the staff will support you on this via whatsapp, just get an uber straight to hotel, its much easier. and drops u off within a minute walk. as this hotel is slightly tucked away from the main road, noise wasnt really an issue. the car horns are audible but not enough to cause irritation as long as u shut your windows and doors.

A neat and tidy place with clean bed linen that keeps you away from the crazy Main Bazaar! Despite the busy street where it is located, the place is calm and quiet, you can really sleep well here. The personnel are friendly and welcoming, they can cook you any meal and even deliver it right to your room so that you can enjoy your coffee in bed :) The room looks nice and pleasing. The personnel recommended us a very erudite and intelligent guide in Delhi together with a punctual and careful driver who made our day in Delhi wonderful and made us fall in love with the city! They also ordered us a taxi to the airport, they're truly trustworthy! Thank you so much, Casa Central!

The location is amazing, it is walking distance from New Delhi train station. The guest house is quite well equipped and the room was spacious for the two of us. The person at the counter helped us to get a transport to the airport as well, even though it was at 4:00 in the morning (and for a reasonable price too). We also received a lot of help finding the place, which was incredibly helpful.

Even though the room had a window the room was quite dark without the lights on, even during the day. It would also be hepful to have some extra hangers in the room to be able to unpack better, but nothing major.

It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We got fresh towels and new toilet paper whenever we asked for them. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was possible to sit outside on the rooftop. The location was good, not too far from the metro. (With the description they sent me, it was also not at all difficult to find, in case you read that in previous reviews.) Also, there were always rickshaws available in Bazar road in front of the hotel. It was a good choice.

A bit noisy, both from the street (honking etc) and the other hotel rooms (shutting doors etc). Sleeping well was possible, anyway, since the street noise was quite consistent.

I had a great stay at Hotel Casa Central in New Delhi. The staff was incredibly nice and always helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a properly functioning air conditioner that made my stay even more pleasant. The bathroom was in excellent condition, with reliable hot water. Although the room didn’t have a window, it was quiet, which made for a restful night’s sleep. Specially the owner was super nice person and was helpful and kind alwaysOverall, a great experience—I would definitely stay here again!

Great place for the price do not expect the world but it is so close to New Delhi railway station i walked it myself. Tucked in an allyway on your left as you walk up main bazzar from delhi railway staation it's located on the street known as MAIN BAZZAR! I would print of a map to any travelers thinking of booking it. Simply cannot knock it for price, the staff helped me find a very good guy to get my fone an Indian SIM CARD this helped me no bounds food is every where and very cheap. The METRO is a few minutes walk from this cheap but happy place, the rooms 'will do' and lets face it all you need is a place to sleep as most travelers will be out and about. Has HOT WATER but. . . check the water gezzer is on takes roughly 15/20 minutes to get the tank hot when you done switch it off and help the hotel out i did. My room was the cheapest i paid £26 Sterling roughly RS2650. Good luck to any one travelling to India!

Where I start, We arrived at 2 AM after our flight delayed for two hours and the driver hired through Booking didn't show up, and the host was very worry about us and wait many hours until we arrived to the accomodation around 4 AM, very concerned and kind! The next day he helped us getting local money a very good rate (even better than online rate) and a sim card, all was without moving a finger, just waiting in the reception area, very fast and simple, best way to start in a new country. The room is EXACTLY that pictures shows, something that is not common in India, bed was comfy, toilet was clean, hot shower at any moment of the day, food room service available, what else you need? About the location, Main Bazaar can feel like a caos if is your first time in India (like us), but this place is located in a little alley where we didn't heard any noise from outside, we slept very well. Just say thanks to the host and all the staff, we were nervous to arrive very late at night in our first time in India, and this place was the better option if you need get a little oasis in middle of the caos of the city.

In the old quarters of busy chaotic Paharganj, this hotel is in a small side alley of Main Bazar Road. Can be a bit hard to find, but then again, what do you expect in this neighbourhood. Right in the middle of things, very Indian, but also a lot of backpackers and hotels etc.. Hotel is a very quiet place though, so good for sleeping without any hassle. We loved the combination of being where a lot happens and having a quiet retreat for pauses. Entrance at the reception is a bit mediocre, but anything else is fine. We enjoyed our large room and good shower! Owner is very friendly and helpful. He provided excellent directions to the hotel trought whatsapp. All in all very good value for money!

Unlike many other hotels, this hotel really takes care of its visitors. I got a message describing the directions how to get it together with photos of its entrance but also the shop in the Main Bazaar Road which could serve as a reference point. The hotel also notified me about some cheaters who I could meet while passing through the New Delhi Railway Station (which is not more than 10 minutes from the hotel). WiFi, hot water, cleanliness, everything was ok. In fact, I came quite late in the night and had no problems with check-in. And next day I left my luggage at the reception and took it only at about halp pas 10 pm, and again, there were no problems with that. Finally let me emphasize that the linen was really clean and included a duvet cover, which is not typical for Indian hotels.
