I don't get the bad reviews. This was one of my best stays in India, and considering Delhi isn't great on those, this is quite an exceptional place. Bit more expensive perhaps, but def worth it. Spacious room, excellent mattress (also not super common in India) and all very clean. Handily located in a quiet side street of a side street of the Main Bazaar Road, so it was even quiet!

Nothing, really. They could beautify their rooftop a bit perhaps.

The management and staff are so friendly and helpful! From booking our train trip to general information they are just so excellent! Comfy beds and very quiet too! We stayed here in 2014 and it was brilliant then,hence coming back again! When we stop in Delhi this will be where we stay!

Everything was good

Typical Indian cheapie... More or less clean. Price wise I think it's OK for what you get. Good location if you like Pahar Ganj. Not easy to find if you arrive in the middle of the night. From Pahar Ganj Main road it is a very small lane next to Hotel Vivek (cars can not pass). I would come again (but not in winter time).

Hot water only at certain hours a day. Bad luck if you arrive at other times. In winter (January) the room was very cold. Outside temperature in Delhi was 6 degrees Celsius in the morning and room has no heating.

its quiet, for Delhi at least, and even tho it doesn’t really have good access for taxi or auto rickshaw as it’s down a little alley that’s undergoing refurbishment the staff are you usually very happy to help your with your bags down to the Main Street to get transportation

I can’t think of anything I don’t like really, it’s expensive for India and maybe some of the rooms are a little “tired” and shabby…., if you stay in the winter the blankets are really grubby so bright g your own bedding!

Rooms were decent. Triple room costed 1900 which seemed okayish. Hot water is available during mornings and evenings only. Service was good. In House breakfast was decent.

Area wasn't good. It's a small gully in Pahadganj. A very narrow lane where cab drivers weren't happy to come. Big issue with large vehicles. Also you can't reach the hotel entrance on a vehicle. You need to walk like 50mts. Of all the hotels in the vicinity, this one looked better compared to all the shady hotels.

Although located in the center of Paharganji, it offers a completely different comfort feeling from the noisy and crowded atmosphere of Paharganji. Also, the room is spacious and equipped with a small refrigerator, so this Inn(hotel) is probably the only one in the same price range.

The interior of the current space is dry and flat. it need an interior with emotion. I wish the interior was improved. For example, wall painting design in the lobby and empty space....the design is like Indian folk and tribal painting like Warli or Gond paintings..

I lovely this hotel. It’s a piece of serenity in the mad house world of Paharganj. I’ve been staying here for the last ten years at this hotel Most of the staff have been working here for that whole time too so that continuity makes for more friendliness. Higly recommended

the hotel is in a very good location, it was clean, the staff is nice and helpful, there's an elevator, right near the market but very quiet hotel

it's in a small road near the market so cars can't access the hotel, you will have to walk

The location is perfect for travellers, near main bazar, room is good , friendly staff and Quit place which is not available in Paharganj.
