The staff was quite helpful and fortunately the AC worked wonders. The location itself is pretty central - but do not assume it is a nice, touristy area! The room offered what I needed and the bed was pretty clean.

As mentioned, the location is... different than what you would expect. It is situated in the main bazaar - with tuk-tuks, animals, thousands of people, shops and NOISE everywhere! I slept with earplugs on, but to be honest, this is the norm in the country. Also, the shower is not separated from the rest of the bathroom so you will spray water everywhere. It was not very warm either.

Breakfast location is very near to hotel. But when i booked hotel then at that time showing breakfast included but after that, there were no breakfast when i asked to staff. 😒

Last day showering water is not clean, some smell was coming..and also wifi were not working. But rest all this hotel is fabulous .

rooms are well furnished and well maintained. smaller than they appear in photos, but decent size for a single or a couple. my limited interaction with staff suggests they are polite and helpful.

There was no breakfast, location is in the market which was closeby to metro, railway. Aro water was available.

They should have given breakfast complimentary. No kitchen facility. Food can be order from outside but was costly.

I liked everything about this hotel, the staff here made me feel at home, and I would really love to come back here again.
