We booked a more expensive room, seeing other reviews that the cheaper rooms were not so good and it was well worth it. They let us check in early without even having to ask, the room was nice and clean, clean sheets, clean bathroom etc. The beds were really comfortable and the AC worked very well. Really hot water, geezer always worked.

The bathroom was a bit rough around the edges, and late at night I noticed a few bugs crawling around on the floor, but this is India. Also the rooms at the front are noisy, but again this is a noisy busy neighborhood especially in the evening.

Once you find the hotel in the area which is the task, everything else runs smoothly, the staff were very welcoming at the reception, especially Shahid, who helped me with my luggage and was very pleasant to speak to, respectful and polite. Shelton will be my hotel of choice when I visit Delhi again. It's just an obvious choice! Looking forward.

The hotel location on the Booking.com maps was not accurate, had to ask around to find the hotel, apart from that everything went without a hitch.

Its a central spot on the main bazaar in Paharganj. Halfway between metro and ND railway. Many cafes and various shopping right outside the door. Hotel has an elevator which is nice if you have heavy bags. I get the super deluxe and therefore my room is clean and comfy with good bathroom/reliable hot water. Ive had standard rooms here before and its ok. Best rooms are super deluxe. Staff is friendly and professional.

Its my favorite hotel on main bazaar and is consistently so. No complaints other than some honking from outside traffic

The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and top-notch room service. But to also mention the place is very secure, great security and the staff are always available to render help when needed.

Well I liked most of the things, except that my room tv wasn't working so that's the only drawback and of course the beddings should be a bit more cleaner.

The location was good. If you know what to expect in Paharganj, it is a good location, in the main bazaar street. Everything is available for shopping here. The metro stations are close. All the venues I had to go were easy to reach from here. The staff is nice and supporting.

My first night was a nightmare because of the cockroaches. They kept coming from every corner and from behind every furniture, even on my bed. It would be great to check the rooms in this regard more frequently as otherwise the room would have been ok. The next day I was shifted to another room which was perfect and well maintained so all in all my stay was nice.

Great Staff, very professional and attentive. Abhi is a fantastic manager and runs a great hotel.

As with most hotels in the area, it could do with a deep clean. Internet speed was a little slow.

The whole staff of the hotel was very helpful and so kind including the reception, cleaning and service staff. The owner of the hotel is very generous and he made us to feel like at our home. I would like to thank each of them and special thanks to Parwin. I will definetely come back again.

The staff were super helpful, and quick. Front desk management were really helpful and gave me an extra night even thought they were fully booked.

Truly a suprize, I've been in many hotels in India, and you never know what to expect. This one suprized me. Building needs a little attention, front reception area needs new couches.

I was there with my family for three days Sep 1-4, 2022 and the staff cooperated with us very well. Especially, Shahid was great. He was very helpful in everything at the hotel. I loved the stay at Shelton.

It was located in a congested place, surroundings were rush with the market. However, it was very close to the railway station and all means of transport was available.

I liked that they provide security at the front door of the hotel. We tried their food and it was very delicious we ended up having it two days in row with room service the staff were super helpful and accommodating they set up transportation from airport to pick us up and stored our luggage when needed they even packed our breakfast when we had an early trip at 2 am and the best thing is the location because they are in the center of the local bazaar
