Its the first time, that the room looks the same as the picture on booking, very well done and clean. The rooms on the front side have windows with quite some space ahead, so one can get fresh air. The kitchen on the rooftop is doing well, best crispy selfmade French fries I could find in the last months. There is even a well working lift... Friendly helpful staff and good location, not as noisy,as on the main basar. Its about 150 Meyer from there on a busy footpaths with lots of hotels, even safe at night. We will come here again next time.

There is space for improvement on the rooftop restaurant, could be more cozy and clean.

Very clean and neat room we got, staff also very responsive for hot water and they arranged cabs for our one day tour in delhi and one day tour for agra, mathura, and Brindavan...we stayed for 2 nights with 3 adults and 2 kids we felt so comfortable in hotel ..after checkout time they allowed our luggage to keep for somemore time near administrative office while we went for local shopping... overall everything good with hotels stay

I would highly recommend Hotel Glow Inn to anyone that is planning to visit New Delhi, upon our visit the staff at reception were very professional and even though we arrived in the early part of the morning the hotel ensured that we were attended to upon our arrival. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff at the hotel were very accommodating and friendly, we stayed at Hotel Glow Inn for a week and their hospitality was outstanding.

Property is good. You can reach within 5 minutes from the New Delhi station. However the manager was kind enough to send a person near the station so that my luggage can be picked easily. The staff was very prompt and available whenever required. On duty manager Anwar was on toes always to ensure the guests are comfortable. The hotel has good menu and food served was good quality and hot. Overall experience was good and worth. Shall visit again

The family room on 4th floor was amazing. It was adequately big and spacious. The lights and the decor was good. The owner was considerate enough to lend an additional toilet for the family.

The staff at the desk is pathetic. The attitude and disrespect he has for the clients is appalling. Also, the day tour we booked from the hotel was not worth it. The driver was rude and full of attitude. It was a waste of money.

Good place for my first stay in Delhi ❤️‍🔥 Convenient way to get to the place from metro station without taxi, very colorful main bazaar road. Clean modern room, very friendly staff and manager who helped me with all questions. Loved the Indian food that can be ordered in the room. Highly recommend 🫶🏻

The room doesn't have windows with a view, but that's not a big problem if you're staying for one night.

I visited with my wife and we really had a great time. Location was very convenient from NDLS, they upgraded my room with no extra cost, room and bathroom was clean and comfortable, I felt safe visiting with my wife. It was my first time being in Delhi and I have really found a good property which is close to the station. Just five minutes walking and everything is very easy. It’s nice Location , good rooms and specially the staff and thanks to the manager, Anwar.
