Installations are new and entrance looks luxurious. Bedroom was small but well organized and modern. Breakfast was fine.

The man at the reception forces guests to leave a 10 in the evaluation in booking while doing check out. I’m here to change my 10. They should not do that. Also, they should not try to take advantage of guests and ask them to pay 1500 rupees for a taxi drive that costs 300 rupees in Uber.

I thought the staff were friendly and very accomodating. The guys working at the breakfast station were good at their job. The metro station is 5 mins walking distance from the hotel and you can get around easily using the metro. The hotel let us keep our luggage in the lobby area for the day after we had checked out in the morning at no extra cost. They also provided complimentary tea/coffee/juice whenever we waited at the lobby area which was nice of them!

The Paharganj neighbourhood is not for everyone. We booked this place because the location seemed quite central and easily commutable. However, when we reached there we found that the hotel is in the middle of a very busy and congested market street and it is difficult for taxis to reach/move about in this place. There are ways to go about this : You could either go to the main road a few gullies away and book a taxi however if you have luggage etc. it can be challenging. The hotel reception could also book a taxi through their contacts. The bathtub was not clean and the drain was blocked when we first moved into the room. The sink was blocked as well.

The room was spacious and clean, big comfy bed and the shower was good once the hot water got going. Location is ideal particularly how close the metro is. Reception was sleek and modern and nice to have space to sit and relax out of the room - same for the terrace. We took advantage of the free airport pick up which was amazing - hassle free. Staff were all friendly and ready to help with any additional requests.

It’s quite a noisy area and sound travelled easily across the hotel with it being quite an open space - not ideal for light sleepers. Room cleaning times were varied and had to ask a couple of times for cleaning/replenishment but an easy fix for the hotel to improve on.

We loved our stay at The Prime Delhi! Everything about it was fantastic from the staff to the food to the facilities. AC and fan for rooms was brilliant. Housekeeping services were excellent. Location was right next to a bazaar so for all shopping requirements this place is excellent. Staff made us feel at home and always helped us with anything required. The night receptionist was exceptionally good to us as well as the hotel staff. The CHEFS FOOD IS DIVINE. For anyone staying here if you want 10/10 Indian food you don’t even need to travel. The hotel provide excellent mouth watering dishes. Shops are local and hotel is well maintained. Just want to say a BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF FOR MAKING US FEEL SAFE, WELCOME AND MOST OF MAKING OUR EXPERIENCES EASY.

The stray dogs outside the hotel which isn’t even the hotels fault

The hotel was in a rougher area so we were worrying a bit when we were arriving, but this wasn't reflected in the hotel itself as it was very nice and clean when we arrived. We were immediately asked what our plans were in Delhi and the staff helped us in booking a driver to take us to Agra during our stay. The driver was also very kind and looked after us well for the time we were with him. Breakfast was good, each day it was different so there was a variety.

We ate one night in the restaurant on the rooftop, it seemed either very understaffed or very unorganised since our food arriving wasn't coordinated in any way whatsoever. We had to chase some of our order multiple times and plates from the same meal were so delayed the first plates had gotten cold. I would also mention that the showers were incredibly unreliable. We struggled on more than one occasion to get hot water running. One time we had to wait with the water on for nearly 30 minutes before any hot water came through, so if you didn't have the time to wait you'd be having a cold shower or no shower at all.

Whole booking process was so simple Check in was quick and easy Staff were all lovely and the room was so comfy The food on the rooftop restaurant was 10/10 the chef is So helpful in helping you choose and delivers a beautiful meal every time!

Honestly there is very little we can fault there was a few small cosmetic things in the rooms hole in ceiling in bathroom etc that would bring this hotel to the next level Trips Super helpful in helping you book trips but with the agra trip we were told after the agra Trip by the guide that was arranged that he was taking us to see how the stones were made this lasted about 30 seconds then your in a big shop with very stroppy Salesman who gets angry when you don’t want To pay £50 for a shot glass same on the Delhi trip we were dropped off by some bike tuk tuks for a 1 minute journey they wanted £10 and after I said to the driver that we didn’t want to be hustled and ripped off all day the trip went much better

The rooms were nicely air conditioned and was comfortable at night. The staff were all very pleasant but especially the lovely security guard and the night butlers : porters. Very helpful indeed. The breakfast was ok but some of the oven plates were not my type of food.. The guy at breakfast time was helpful and attentive. Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

If I had to pick one thing that I didn’t like and that was the price of tours/taxi. It was priced so expensive .. I had planned a Taj Mahal trip but the hotel was trying to sell me the same tour but at double the price. Very expensive and didn’t take advantage of their offerings at all. Airport pick up was also very expensive. Great they offer it but far too expensive.

Stayed for 2 nights and it was great! Staff were very friendly. The bedroom was really nice (small but perfect for my friend and I) and the beds were so comfy. Shower pressure was really good. Breakfast buffet was ok but there were lots of options to be fair to them! The dinner in the hotel rooftop was really good. Great location among lots of good restaurants and markets!

Small gap under bedroom door meant you could hear things at night. Thankfully we were on 4th floor so not much noise but we did hear people moving around. Beers are really expensive on the rooftop which was annoying.

This hotel is central to everything. We are a group of 6 ladies ages ranging from 14yrs-70yrs visiting India for the first time. We chose this hotel as previous reviews were good and it was in budget! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff are helpful, the rooms clean and location is perfect for visiting Delhi both old and new. Amar and his staff were perfect hosts, ensuring our requests of twin rooms were catered for, ordering Tuk Tuks when requested and generally making sure our group were happy and cared for during our time there. All of our party enjoyed this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The location is right off of a busy street, but little noise is heard from the room. Room service was delicious. They had streaming services on the TV. They communicated well before and during our stay.

The room and hotel itself is beautiful, but some things are unfinished. There was no true lobby to sit and wait in. Instead when waiting on our taxi to the airport, we had to sit at the desk. They had a very large menu available for room service, but a lot of items are not available when requested to order. Not the hotels fault, but we had to wait 2 hours for our driver to pick us up from airport and take us to hotel.
