Excellent Hotel If you book a room on the 9th floor of the building: the rooms there are excellent! Bevause it is only on this 9th floor tat the renovation is just finished. The breakfast and luch was excellent too. What was great too: The hotel gave me early check-inn without extra costs because I was a woman travelling alone, and they want to stimulate woman to do that and to give women a safe and comfortable feeling when they are travelling alone👍

The only tip I have to one of the persons who worked there, her name is Ruby: for the future it is better you better don’t ask to guests to give you a very positive review (linked to your name). That gives the guest a not comfortable feeling.

The bed was really comfortable and the closet space was decent. Nice view over the city. The chef actually came out when I checked in to talk to me about my food intolerances and made me a lovely gluten free pasta dish! The buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner was really good with a good selection of options. The hotel is in a very good location near Connaught place for a variety of restaurants and sights easily visited by Tuk Tuk.

The room had a damp smell but so did a few others. Might just be the climate. The area is quite unsafe. We were scammed just walking around Connaught Place for 5 min. Beware of the pedestrian subways! Our friend had a big glob of poo suddenly appear on his shoe and a shoe shiner just happened to be walking by and cleaned it up and shined his shoe then tried to charge him 2,000 rupees! We know he must have thrown the poo on our friend’s shoe. We only gave him 500 rupees much to his dismay.

The breakfast was generous and well-organised, offering a wide variety of options. While the fruit served didn’t appear particularly fresh, we truly appreciated the Indian specialties, some of which were prepared right in front of us — a delightful touch that added to the experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to reach several tourist areas around the city. The swimming pool and other facilities provided by the hotel were also impressive. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped, contributing to an overall pleasant stay.

Unfortunately, as is often the case with many hotels in India, the cleanliness standards still do not fully match those typically found in Europe. While the overall impression of the bathroom was clean, greater attention to detail would make a significant difference. For example, there were a few hairs in the shower and the pipes appeared somewhat dirty. These small oversights can impact the guest experience. A renovation or restyling of the facilities might help elevate the overall standard and bring it closer to international expectations. With a bit more focus on the finer details, the hotel could greatly improve its appeal.

Stayed for a week and chose it for the location. Staff were service oriented and helpful (thank you Manish!). Restaurant food had great variety and hygienic- staff in particular were fantastic! Housekeeping was friendly, quick and neat (thank you Suresh!).

Whilst nothing to do with the hotel, be weary of public transport right outside the hotel. Try use ridesharing Apps or venture a little further to hail transport on your own.

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days and had a great experience. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the bed was super cozy. The staff was amazing — always kind and attentive, especially to my health needs. Breakfast and food were excellent, and after 10 days, thanks to Ruby from the reception they even offered us a complimentary dinner, which was such a lovely gesture. An excellent, high-level hotel. We truly recommend it!

Breakfast was good. The room was nice. This was my second time staying here, and the servers/workers were very attentive. I would especially thank the concierge as he was extremely helpful with getting a cab that would not overcharge us (as this is very common in Delhi and tourists). Overall, a great experience, and I would likely return.

On our first morning, it was busy; the tables were not being taken care of, so the dishes were still on the table. The second day was great; everything was cleaned, and the service was great. A little sad the construction affected the spa and part of the facility,

After a long day of travel, I was very frustrated by some issue at reception, and then with my bathroom. As soon as I calmly communicated my concerns to Subhdra, Santoshi and Kiran I was met with total empathy and understanding. My three night stay was full of smiles and warm welcomes. The streets of Delhi are challenging and chaotic, but the moment you are within range of The Park Hotel, the embracing sense of security is palpable and most welcome. My room was luxurious and clean, and the service staff have an eye for detail that truly merits its five star status. 100% recommend. Also, the delicious included breakfast helps you leap out of the comfortable bed in the mornings!

Really good location, lovely rooms and nice bathrooms. Very quiet, which is remarkable for this part of Delhi. Excellent room service, very good food, great Minibar! I needed to use the laundry service due to a mishap on the metro. The hotel arranged it with the greatest of efficiency. What really made for an excellent experience was the staff; all of them incredibly helpful, polite and just very lovely. Particular mention should go to Shadab on the front desk. He immediately made me feel welcome on my arrival, sorted out the laundry and helped with my onward travel.

Nothing really, though the bed was slightly too soft for me.

Very warm staff. Personnaly, Mr. Ankit on reception is a pleasant and welcoming sweet natured boy. Everyone else may be equally good but I liked intertacting him alone. I visited with my spouse. Breakfast was very nice and full of choices. Though everything else was full of ambience and perfectness, the coffee we were served in the restaurant at 13:20-30 hrs was neither hot nor good not even worth of a penny. I didn't however complain but I made the staff note. Even the cokkie served didn't suit the prestige of the property. I wish such small things are also taken care of. Rest everything fine.

Coffee and cookies were of poor quality. Preparation of POHA was very poor in the breakfast on 5th Feb. Other choices were perfect

Location is fantastic, just a walk to Inner circle. Clean, comfortable, we had the view of the Jantar Mantar from our window which was so nice! Staff is warm, friendly, great breakfast spread. Expensive food for anything non Indian, but it was well made!

The facility is aging and needs maintenance, the bathroom lock broke, the tap was shaky.
