Location: 5/5 Great spot in the center of Connaught Place. Close to Metro Gate 3 and 4. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The area is lively, especially at night. Right next to the famous Zaffran restaurant. Room: 3/5 Clean room with modern design. View from the window isn’t nice—it shows the messy back side of the building. Bathroom is clean and has all basics, but towels looked a bit old. Service & Staff: 4/5 Staff are friendly and helpful. Good room service and breakfast. Front desk is open all the time. Breakfast: 4/5 Small menu but tasty food. Paratha and puri were great. Also had sandwiches, fruits, cereal, milk, and juice.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The room was clean with a very comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom had essential toiletries and included a hairdryer, which was a nice touch.Despite arriving at 2 a.m., I was warmly greeted by a staff member who quickly checked me in—such a relief after a long journey. Throughout my stay, every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. Breakfast was a buffet with the option to order from a menu, all included in the room rate. The hotel’s location is fantastic—right near Connaught Place, making it easy to explore shops, restaurants, and local markets on foot. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe in the area. The staff also helped me to arrange sightseeing with a personal driver—super convenient and well-organized. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s about 25 minutes from Delhi Airport and offers excellent service, comfort, and location.

This hotel was lived up to my expectations and was a great place to stay. I had no complaints.

Property was clean European style. Bedroom was small with two single beds and desk but as out all day this was fine. Restaurant onsite which served delicious masala omelettes for breakfast. The staff were so professional, kind and helpful. I arrived at 6am and they provided tea and biscuits followed by a complimentary breakfast which was so welcome. They also got our room ready by 9am which was amazing. Mahit on the front desk was the perfect host. The location was very central in Connaught Place with plenty of shops restaurants around. Overall this hotel far exceeded my expectations and was great value for money.

Nothing really. We did have very strong smell from the bathroom for a few hours the first evening but this disappeared and had no issues after that.

I would highly recommend this place. The location is great, right in connaught place. Bed was OK, shower was nice and hot, toilet is refurbished brand new. It was clean and, besides some noise from the corridor from other guests, it was quiet and we slept very well. I loved this choice and would stay there again.

It took us a while to see they had other breakfast choices that was not on the table (paratha, omelete). They could have a bigger sign on this. We had a clogged situation on the first day, but they quickly solved it. The price was high for India, but everything was expensive that week.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, as based on the reviews here we were expecting a rather modest accommodation. But what we got was a really good clean comfortable room with some extra toiletries, a fridge and a small desk (overall not as modest as we expected). There was also a TV but couldn't really find many channels on that. The hotel had a splendid location at the center of Connaught Place. The staff was highly courteous. We saw good reviews about restaurant Zaffron and it did not disappoint. Quality breakfast was included in the price!

Wifi on the premises was very slow, the walls between the rooms were quite thin and hear-through. Be prepared that there is no lobby or a place like this to just hang out or get some work done outside the room. We tried to work a bit in the restaurant, but as the place has a more fine dining vibe, it wasn't the best place for being a bit professional.

The room was clean & tidy with a large wardrobe, air con & TV. The wet-room (bathroom) was a good size & had an assortment of essentials. The Breakfast menus provided a good number of options for all tastes. A comfortable bed and lack of noise made sure we had a good night's sleep. The Zaffran Restaurant, located inside the hotel, provided good value breakfast and evening meals which could be charged to the room. Guests from Asia, Australia & the UK were also staying there.

This sounds a bit picky but, there was no rubber plug for the wash basin & the wall sockets would not hold the electric plug adapter in so we had to wedge a shoe in front of the plug to hold it in place.

It’s our second stay here for a short visit to Delhi. The location of this hotel is superb- right in the mix of Connaught Place, with easy access to restaurants, shops, etc. The staff are really helpful and friendly.

This is not the fault of the property but on both trips, we found that taxis and tuk tuks don’t always know how to find this hotel. If travelling for the first time, make sure that you are aware that this is located in D block on Connaught Place.

The staff was super friendly and very considerate, especially with our 1-year-old. We arrived at the hotel before 7am, and they offered us a room to rest before our actual room could be ready. The hotel has a restaurant which offers a vast variety of Indian food for a reasonable price. The breakfast is fine, not a lot, but you can order more items for free. The location is central in a safe area of Delhi (although packed with overpriced shops + beware of people misguiding you to take a tuk-tuk to some souvenir scam place). It's hard to trust hotels and hotel reviews in Delhi. This hotel was recommended to us by a friend, and it exceeded our expectations.

The breakfast manager on the first day (Sunday) was grumpy.

Location. Very convenient. Front door security. Vikas was super helpful. Air con, fridge, safe, and kettle. These 4 key things were all good and present. Shower and storage all functional. Key card and room notifications all useful. Complimentary bottles of water were nice and useful. Felt safe and secure.

My room was a bit too close to the main entrance and the restaurant. Would have been better up the corridor, as rooms are not particularly sound proof.

Brilliantly located a stone's thrown away from Rajiv Chowk station, so you can get to everywhere you need to directly from the hotel. There's an ample supply of rickshaws and Ubers too. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff are attentive, and the attached Zaffran restaurant might well be one of the best in the area.

Nothing that stood out. The wifi is spotty, and drops out often, but that has been the case in every hotel in India outside of the big multinationals and luxury hotels.
