Breakfast was great. A large selection of western and Indian items on the buffet, The beds and pilows were very comfortable

The TV was not working properly, but maintenance came and fixed it quickly. The AC remote didn't work and would not raise the temp to a comfortable level or shut it off; therefore, I shivered both nights.

I liked the cleanliness, the breakfast was sumptuous and had a lot of variety. The location is nearby to barakhambha metro as well.

The receptionist kept on asking about the balance payment on the first day itself. Also, I had to show them screenshot of the advance paid which was really embarassing. They also charged me service charge but when confronted they removed it.

The room which I got was good. But AC was not working properly. Then they changed me to another room. But that room was so small. Then next day changed me to another room. That was excellent.

The food i had ordered in the night and the hotel was very exceptionally clean. I really liked the stay here and have already recommended to few of my friends.

Just that the price was on the little higher side as in the same price i have stayed in the Five star hotel and the option was less for breakfast which is not an issue. The problem was there was no facility to take away even if you pay for it.

Hospitality at its best. Amazing food. Highly recommended. Mr. Surinder and Mr. Lalit both managing it very well.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel was 10 min walk to CP and metro. was a quite area with very less traffic. Room was good and spacious.

Room was not tidy enough. You can wipe dust off the table and floor when you walk. The toilet was not clean enough and again the toilet bowl had stain marks which were not cleaned properly.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Just a very short tuck-tuck ride from a popular and picturesque shopping area.

The breakfast food was luke warm.

No hot water in the bathroom. Waited for a day to fix but it wasn't fixed. Anyways they provided us a different room the next day. Had requested to keep my bills ready to clear them the night before we vacated, since we had an early flight the next day. While paying the bills, the receptionist said that the mini bar items was not included in the bills since only 2 items were used. But the next day early morning while handing over the keys, the new receptionist requested us to pay for the mini bar items. The person available in the night should clearly inform or keep a note for the receptionist in the morning in order to avoid any confusions. Just a suggestion.

Modern and comfortable.

A little far from the shopping areas of Connaught Place. But getting to and from the hotel by taxi or tuk tuk was no oroblem.

Food including breakfast was awesome. The room service and house keeping was good. The lobby was cool and good to rest after coming to hotel from hot afternoon.

No balcony or proper window in the room to feel natural air.
