I recently stayed at Bloom Boutique and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed and well cared for throughout my stay. The room was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in – honestly, it was even better than some of the American hotels I’ve been to. The selection of food at the hotel was also excellent. The meals were not only varied but also delicious, and I was always satisfied with my choices. The location was perfect—situated in a safe area, which made me feel secure during my stay. Additionally, the noise level in the hotel was just right; it was peaceful and quiet, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. Overall, Bloom Boutique exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-located hotel.

The spacious rooms, comfortable beds and the staff service. The washrooms are clean.

The cleanliness was not that good as I found a little cockroach in the room.

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The location and beautiful surrounding atmosphere were outstanding. The staff, especially the receptionist and others, were the most friendly and helpful we have ever encountered. From the moment we arrived, the first impression of the hotel was lovely and welcoming. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and roomy, with excellent service where we had dinner. The food offered great value for money, with attentive and efficient service. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable, making our stay very pleasant. Additionally, the hotel assisted and led us on a short tour of some parts of India, which was a fantastic experience and added great value to our trip. Mr. Mahindra, our tour driver, made it exceptional experience. A special mention goes to Mr. Savran and Mr. Siddhant for their outstanding service. Ideal location and walking distance to Connaught place, the are is less busy and hectic so quite peaceful. Just didn't like that it has the railway line directly behind so the train noise can be loud. The place is good and clean. I stayed at he Bloom in Bandra Mumbai before and I quite enjoy the Bloom Boutique. The staff are so kind and helpful.

Although clean, i just dont like shower curtains because they are unhygenic and not sure that it gets cleaned for ever guest so this gets to me. Maybe focus on the bathroom hygiene a bit more cos the little things make a big difference. There was a bed and bedding on the floor landing which had not t been moved in the 3days I was there. Not pleasant for guests. Its little things that make a difference. basically need more focus on Housekeeping otherwise a wonderful place.

We, two women, were lucky to start our trip at this hotel because its cleanliness and overall aspect made for a good introduction. Our twin room was comfortable, the shower good, breakfast delicious. Its location close to Connaught place allowed us to walk there and we felt safe enough to walk to stores down the street in the dark. The staff at reception and restaurant were also very kind.

The price was higher than others but maybe worth while.

I love the property very simple, the room is clean and wifi is strong, location is perfect,near to pearson vue testing center,5-10mins walk away. receptionists are cooperative and very helpful,also the guard. Satisfied guest here! From:philippines.

Toilet:bowl and sink should properly clean, there should no stained.let your cleaner scrub the bowl and sink,so it would be shiny. Water source are excellent

The hotel was in a great location, and there were TukTuks outside to take you wherever you wanted. Our room was spacious and extremely clean - plenty of bottled water available too. The staff were so helpful and attentive. The bed was really comfortable.

There was very little direct light, but given the chaos of Delhi outside, this was probably a good thing!

The location is very convenient—within walking distance to the metro station, restaurants, and shops. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more pleasant.

The only minor issue was that the walls seemed a bit thin, so we could hear people walking in the hallway.
