I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. Whether it was helping me with directions or simply sharing a friendly chat, they truly made me feel at home. The room was immaculate – clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Everything from the linens to the bathroom was spotless, which made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It’s clear that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and attention to detail. I will definitely be returning! Sanjay Mishra is a truly kind and dependable helper. He is always ready to lend a hand, offering support with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to assist others.

I’m a solo female traveller and chose this property primarily for its location near VFS and the Embassy area. At this price point, it seemed like the most reasonable and non-shady option – and it lived up to that. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet lane but just a short walk from the busy commercial area of Connaught Place, Parliament Street, Gol Dak Khana, Baba Kharak Singh Marg etc, which I found ideal. I stayed in the Deluxe Twin Room, which was spacious and had a balcony (as do all rooms, apparently). The staff was courteous and responsive. Breakfast was simple but adequate – Indian vegetarian fare. The Shivaji Stadium Metro Station – which houses the VFS offices and connects directly to the airport (T3) and New Delhi Railway Station via the Airport Express Line – is just a short walk away (about 650 metres). If you’re travelling light and landing at T3, the metro is a quick and budget-friendly way to reach the property. Overall, I think this is the best value-for-money option in the area. Note: The lane leading from the metro station to the property is fairly quiet at night — something solo female travellers may want to keep in mind given Delhi’s reputation.

The room and linen were clean but worn and a bit dated. There were some minor maintenance issues – a broken bedside light fixture, a non-functional safe ,and laminated wooden flooring that was lifting slightly in places as it was not properly fixed to the ground. These didn’t bother me much since I was on a short trip and location and safety were my top priority. That said, with a bit more attention to maintenance, this property could be an excellent choice in every respect.

I had booked this hotel for my wife, who was arriving in Delhi early in the morning. Prior to the stay, I contacted the hotel to request an early check-in between 7:00–8:00 AM, as the standard check-in time is 1:00 PM. The hotel staff was responsive and clearly explained the early check-in policy, including the applicable fee. On the day of arrival, they facilitated the early check-in smoothly without any hassle, which was greatly appreciated. The communication with the hotel was clear and courteous throughout, and their willingness to accommodate our request made the experience much more comfortable. Overall, a good stay and professional service. Would recommend for anyone needing a reliable and well-managed place to stay near the VFS office.

This review is especially to appreciate Mr. Ankit for his excellent services, I travel frequently and have been coming here for last few years, Ankit welcomes very nicely every time and makes feel safe, he knows the places around here very well which helps a lot, for the first time I have found a place where I can stay safely with my family after coming from abroad. There are a lot of changes in the place compared to earlier and the cleanliness of the room is very good, earlier I used to come with my friends, this time I specially came with my family to your hotel in Delhi because the view and location of the hotel is very good.

The food was very spicy, you need to reduce the spices.

The location is perfect, in a nice area, and most importantly, in a quiet road without all the cars and their neverending horns, and walking distance from orange line or the metro, that takes you to the airport in half an hour. The hotel was clean and pleasant, not fancy but expected for the rate. The staff very friendly, and they even prepared me a small breakfast for the day I did the excursion to Agra, for which I left earlier than the starting time they began to serve breakfast. Also, one day I ordered some food and it was delicious, abundant, and not pricey. I'd stay there again!

I really can't think of anything I didn't like!

The breakfast felt home made, and was simple, nutritious and warm. We were able to get simple, amazing food every evening from the in-house kitchen, and that made a great difference after a long day out. The inner courtyard was a perfect place for a quiet breakfast in the midst of some greenery . Definitely doesn't feel like its in the middle of New Delhi, but it is a central location. Close to multiple markets and various tourist attractions, and safe enough to walk even at night. Room and bathroom was clean enough, and water pressure was good too.

There was a bit of a delay in room service now and then. Room was a bit of a tight fit with an extra bed, but otherwise, reasonably good.

Hardworking employees work alone with a heavy workload; the guard lifts the luggage, the receptionist takes food orders; there is a shortage of staff

Wrost management, management sent 1 person for cleaning my room, same person is cleaning my toilet first then he cleaned my water glass and tea cup, how can we take water in that glass which is being cleaned by the person who is cleaning toilet, it seems hotel is facing problem of shortage of staff, management is not concerned about hygiene. Strongly not recommend

Comfy beds, good hot showers. Wonderful and accommodating staff and excellent meals. Nice courtyard. Away from traffic noise.

Well, it's India, but given that, this was a nice enough place. Either a short walk or rickshaw ride (100 rupees is what I paid) from Shivaj Stadium stop on the Airport Metro Express line. Convenient to walk to Connaught Place or Jantar Mantar. Breakfast was good. Front desk was helpful enough. They provided bottled water in the room. The wifi worked. I would stay there again if in New Delhi.

I travel a lot and generally as long as the hotel is okay, I don't complain about it not being perfect. This place was fine. Like I said above, this is India, so the expectations are different than in a Western country. All in all, it was good, no complaints.
