I really liked my stay at the Bloomrooms Janpath. It’s surprisingly quiet given how close to busy roads it is and feels calm and safe when you come out of the front door. The staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast is decent with a good variety of dishes as well as fresh fruit, fruit juices and freshly made coffee. My room was quiet and comfortable and I slept well. The bathroom is plain but does all it needs to do well - the water pressure was good, water temperature as it should be, and most importantly the shower was simple to control.

There was slight confusion when I arrived over the duration and rate payable on my stay but, given that I arrived after 4am the front desk staff were happy to leave the issue to later in the day, when it was resolved without issue.

I did a lot of research about hotels to stay in Delhi and I'm glad that I decided to book this pearl. It is located in a quiet calm street, close to many 5* hotels in a decent area. But at a better rate. I travelled alone and stayed for a week, had my base here as I visited the golden triangle and explored Delhi. The hotel has a 24/7 security guard at the entry who was very kind. The breakfast buffett was well worth the money, many delicious options on a rotating basis. Did not get any bad stomach from all the various food offered. Outside every room was a free mini-bar with purified water, soda cans and snacks. I repeat, completely free of charge! The hotel also offers a live-chat, accessed through QR code in your room. I sent a request in the chat for iron & board few times and they came within 5-10 minutes The walk to Connaught Place was around 10 minutes, otherwise there are 2 metro lines very close, which made it easy to travel. The street outside the hotel felt bit sketchy at first but after walking there during many days & late nights, there were no problems at all The bed was very comfortable, it was easy to sleep and escape the hectic street of Delhi, as it was always calm, even during the day. It was also easy for taxi drivers to pick-up and drop you off at this location, as it was close to main traffic roads. After long days of exploring, I was always happy to return back to my room in this hotel! I definitely recommend this hotel for first-timers, avoid the Paharganj budget area and get something decent like Bloom Janpath

The reception has some man trying to sell you their tour guides, only met him twice during my stay and kindly declined, since I like to do my own research I also would have preferred if there were hand-sanitizing options during breakfast, just to be extea cautious

A great city traveller hotel in central New Delhi, a little bit south of Connaught Place. Very reasonably priced, with effort made in the right places to provide the best hotel stay on a more reasonable budget. The rooms are small, as is often the case with this kind of hotel, but big enough for a large, comfy bed, multiple suitcases and a desk, with good A/C. The bathroom is pretty compact, but the shower was really good. The hotel is a really distinctive and modern design aesthetic which we loved. They've enhanced the experience with free Wi-Fi, online chat, online menus for room service and even free refrigerated drinks and snacks available. Staff were friendldy and helpful, especially the Manager who went out of his way to provide advice and guidance. It being a city hotel in Delhi, it caters really well to international travellers with communication in English, tourist maps etc. The cafe restaurant offered a limited but daily changing choice of local cuisine as well as international options, with eggs cooked as you want them.

No natural light in the rooms. Delhi's air quality is awful and comes into the room!

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, arranging an early check-in as soon as the first room became available. The hotel has a great system with unlimited filtered water, coffee, tea, and snacks on each floor. The room and bed linens were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location is very convenient for reaching Connaught Place and the main city sights, whether on foot or by public transport. From a European perspective, the breakfast is relatively good for Indian standards. A big plus—especially for Delhi—was that our room was perfectly calm, providing a peaceful retreat after a stressful day amidst the city's intense noise levels.

The room is quite small, and the price feels quite high for what you get. The overall standard reminded me of Ibis Budget or A&O Hotels in Europe. The A/C could use a refresh, and while the room was generally clean, the window bars seemed to have been neglected for longer time. Additionally, having only one chair in the room was not very comfortable.

Bright, clean, and modern. The premises felt very safe for a large city. The included breakfast was very good with plenty of variety to choose from. Food at other times was good quality and available for long periods. The mini snack bar in the shared area for our floor was well stocked with snacks, cold drinks, tea bags, coffee powder and a constant supply of boiling water. Being able to leave luggage securely for many hours after checkout was very helpful. Quiet location within close proximity to many places of interest.

It was a bit more expensive compared to other cities.

Bloomrooms Hotel was cool and clean at all times. Staff were always available and happy to help. Your rooms are cleaned daily & have good AC. The tourist advisor at the travel desk in the hotel was excellent & very friendly - he helped organise a SIM card for our phones within minutes, and went above and beyond to not only help organise a guided tour of Delhi, but also for our time in Jaipur & Agra, all of which were great & at a very reasonable price. This truly is a great hotel to stay at, we would return & definitely recommend!! Thanks for a great stay on our first visit to India!

It is a good hotel at the prime location of Delhi. Rooms are too small, it is good for one night only, hotel prices are almost the same as like 4* hotels, but this is a 3* boutique hotel, The check in process was disappointing for me, There were three of us and it took almost 25-30 minutes for the check in.

Size of the rooms and bed, Bed was completely touched with the wall, size of double bed is too small, not for two persons just for one.

Surprisingly nice hotel for the price. Considering the location and that everything in New Delhi is quite expensive this hotel offers great value. Location is good, it’s relatively new, quite clean, decent breakfast and has nice touches such as free snacks on every floor. We booked a larger room, the suite, and the room is big enough and has a small desk and separate living room.

The room was clean but the bathroom was a bit old/tired in some places. We booked a larger room on purpose so we had a desk and could get some work done. But the WiFi was so bad that we couldn’t even load any websites. We ended up working from the lobby instead. After half a day of complaining with the reception they did something, probably reset the router on the 5th floor, and it worked. It worked but was still incredibly slow.

Great location, helpful staff. Couldn't get WiFi on my laptop and before I knew it, in person IT support helped me get it up and running. Staff help with organising trips and recommending local eateries. WiFi was excellent. Cold water always available. Clean bathrooms. Safe and secure - 24hr reception

Pillows were a little flat. Small cosmetic issues.
