Very modern, stylish and quiet place close to Delhi airport

The restaurant and bar menu show a good selection of drinks, etc., however there is only a minimum choice available (e.g. only one beer, almost no red wine, …). Hard to believe, that a 5* Hotel is not able to guarantee sufficient stock/supply in one of the world‘s biggest capitals.

Very comfortable room with all needed amenities. Staff was very attentive, courteous and helpful. Despite being surrounded by a very busy local traffic and nearby Gandhi International Airport the hotel offered a surprisingly quiet and relaxed environment with its nicely manicured landscape and well cleaned pools/lakes. Breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of food types both local and international. We also very much enjoyed our Chinese food dinner at the restaurant on the hill where the ambiance, the chef and servers were exceptional.

Bath towels could have been more plush

All good in general but dishes are huge and double the price of other hotels. like sandwiches etc are in huge quantity and can be half the volume and also half the prices for better diversity.

Your ACs are too much and makes people sick the incense is too much and also the pool needs to be more clean and more friendly, the gym is very small , sauna and spa are also smaller and not organized very well.

Property is lavish and luxurious, facilities are amazing

Room heating - the room was cold and when I asked for temperature to be adjusted, they told me that cause the room has a lot of marble it will stay cold !!!! View - I was told.its a garden view room but what I saw outside the window was a wall with some plants Location - Getting inside was a challenge, there is no prominent easily visible branding at the entrance that makes it easy to locate. Parking - Waiting for the car at vallet was a horrible experience.

We liked the architecture, the nature elements throughout the property, and the staff. We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the staff was courteous to welcome us with flowers and a cake, and bump up our room category

There was little chipping on the side tables and the carports could be cleaned more often. Door bell was not working Few of the switches were not working Sheer curtain was not there Reception could be bit more responsive, many times the call went blank

Phantastic landscaped garden with breathtaking pool of more then 100m with an intimate atmosphere. Great design of the hotel building interacting with the garden. Two restaurants + bar with high quality food. Warm-hearted guest care led by Mrs Mehak Sharma.

The room was very nice and spacious however, during the night there were many people screaming outside of my window. I believe my room was the last on the property so the closest to the area outside The Roseate. In addition, I opted for the breakfast as it was included and I have been very happy with the exhaustive selection of food as well as the additional you could ask to the chef. Staff was very helpful especially Aryan at the Kiyan restaurant and Shenoy from the Roseate who helped me with the curtains.

The only thing was probably the fact that I wanted to book another massage but the spa was fully booked both on the day I arrived and the day I left.

The unique design of the hotel. The access to the pool/lake from the room. The greenery and water-bodies at the property. The room size. The music at the dinner at the Kiyan. The breakfast at the Kiyan. The staff.

A bit on the costlier side.

Restaurant staffs need more training in customer service. Had to wait long, was ignored by the staffs. Restaurant was busy but then ignoring a guest is completely unacceptable.

The architecture was spellbinding. The water bodies add up to the feel and luxury quotient to the hotel.

ITS NOT A KID FRIENDLY HOTEL I CAN TELL U THAT . so if u have little kids that run around look elsewhere, the water bodies which aff a certain charm to it are a nightmare with kids running . The kids area was very small and nothing much to write about. The dining experience wasnt up to the mark and add to that the stratospheric prices of food dishes did surprise us. The room service was slow, we almost paid a ransom for the room yet the door latch was broken, all that technology of controlling everything with that ipad wasn’t perfect. The tv had a mind of its own, I literally had a torrid time getting it to work. These are not deal breakers for once in a while holiday.
