Very polite and helpful, respectful staff. Great reception. Interiors very good. Courts are beautiful. Breakfast was great. Good place nearby airport to relax.

The washroom could be bigger, with more focus on cleanliness. In the washbasin sink, there were small hair stuck around corners Should install full length mirror inside room, where lighting is good. Lighting is very low in rooms, could be more brighter.

Room quality and bed comfort was really good. Space to roam around the premises is very decent. And the interior is also luxurious in comparison with 5 star hotels

Breakfast quality can be improved but most important is the service time at reception. Reception staff should deliver quick service but they are very slow in nature. Also they should allow outside food in the room.

Our group stayed at the Umrao for our 50th high school graduation anniversary reunion. The entire experience was wonderful. The room was quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable. All the buffet meals, breakfast lunch and dinner were tasty and fresh with many different options. The dining area and later for the evening the banquet hall provided were clean and well appointed. The staff was attentive and the DJ arranged through the hotel was exceptional. We liked the location near the airport since it made it easy for those traveling from out of town

Delhi traffic but not the hotels fault! Takes 30 mins to travel 4km to the Ambience mall between 7-10pm. Fyi. Driving back to hotel in this time only 10 mins though.

It was clean, quite and dark in the room. Perfect if you need a proper rest before the flight. By taxi to the airport is 30 minutes with really ugly traffic, otherwise 10 minutes early morning. Also price per night really convenient compare with Aerocity hotels.

Everything! From the staff to the food, pool, location. It’s always a pleasure to come back to The Umrao. For me this is my fav hotel in Delhi!

Excellent facilty to stay, value for money, amazing food

Staff at the entrance is annoying, its upto guest to offer a tip , but the staff at the gate expect money at every moment . If you don't offer them, they will make faces. Either they are underpaid by authorities, or they are over greedy

Excellent location close to airport. Bathroom need better attention. Provide shampoo I. The bottle or place transparent bottles for easy viewing.

The choice and quality of food is exceptional. The staff are fantastic. So helpful and friendly. Competency off staff in English language was verhy high, for which I am very grateful

Very nice property,room was also spacious,clean ,service good this time , location is also good if some one is having work in Gurgaon or near airport area . Very soothing feel comes from this property.
