This 1926 British bungalow has been expanded upon a couple of times but retains a colonial charm. The gardens are magnificent and the food (our package included breakfast and dinner) was excellent—served outdoors on a beautiful shaded dining patio. Panchmarhi Hill Station is difficult to get to, but I would go back just to relax at this place for a few days.

Hot water system (in some of our rooms getting hot showers was a journey itself). On-site restaurant is a complete vegetarian which is good for families who are completely vegetarian. Ours were mostly non-vegetarian, so it was bit hard to satisfy our young ones.

Booked a trip for my parents to this property. Had an excellent stay. The staff were extremely welcoming, very helpful, and dedicated to making their stay as comfortable as possible. The food was exceptional and had wide variety of options at the breakfast and dinner buffets. Booked this trip for my parents for their 25th marriage anniversary and the hotel staff kindly set up a separate dinner table for them in the gardens not the last night of their stay. Extremely happy with the service and would definitely book to stay here again.

The quality of their ever-ready Staff. The facilities. The location and the way they maintained property, all are amazing.

Non-veg option - should be there. But anyway, they made it up with many many veg options.

Very large beautiful garden, Breakfast, Lunch , Dinner under the trees. Large spacious rooms with Veraandah sitout. Large menu of only Vegetarian food. Quiet away from hubub of the city.

I like green environment of the premises as well as interior of room. Specially thanks to Mr. Amar Pal ji to fulfill our requirements as and when required & Good dine_in services by Rajendra patel.

Doors of room should have door closer, to safe guard from monkeys. Breakfast menu should be improve. There should be cycle arrangement in the premises so that guest can go near by places as local conveyance is not available. Room cleaning should be improve as when we entered room we find tables very dirty, drinking water glass was not cleaned properly. WiFi speed was not proper coming in the room even mobile towers signals were not coming in the room due to which making calls was not possible, you have to come out of the room for it.
