The hotel is very good, well equipped, cosy, friendly staff, excellent location. We really liked it!

We prebooked HalfBoard, and during all 8 days we stayed - dinner menu was always the same :( Next time we would book without food - then there is an option to order food from their restaurant menu (good variety of dishes) or go to the Ashram, where for 100-170Rs per person you can enjoy multiple tasty items , In Western Canteen If not the complimentary menu - the hotel is perfect! Good value for money, and very helpful and kind staff. Looks they work as Sai Baba said, “Love all-Serve all”

Although corridors had rubberised flooring installed the sound of people talking as they entered or left their rooms at night was sometimes a nuisance. But this was only an issue on one night out of my seven night stay and the sound deadening was actually better than most hotels in India.

In my third stay I was upgrade to a much better room with a window in the 3rd floor ! A world of difference ! Bigger room bigger bathroom more air and ventilation , natural light , of course at a higher price , i recommend and upgrade! 🤩

In the first 2 reservations i stayed at a very small room with no ventilation , first floor , no windows , no natural light , i felt depressed 🥲 so i recommend the upgrade to a better room with natural light even if it is at a higher price , like the one I am staying in my 3rd reservation in the 3rd floor , with ventilation , natural light and much bigger a World of difference !! 🤩

Sai Maa is an excellent place to stay when you go to Puttaparthi for Darshans. We liked the following about Sai Maa Very friendly staff always looking to help The security guard helped us bring out luggage to our room. We had a stroller for my baby and he would help to bring this down the stairs on all days. This was very helpful and he was eager to help us out. The restaurant was really really good. They had a very wide range of cuisines and all were vegetarian. Any orders we made would be available within 15-20 minutes. I thought everything we ordered tasted very very good. The hotel also allowed us to check out a bit late on there last day as our driver ended up coming late. The rooms were very well maintained and our son enjoyed their holiday too. The interior design in the room with Lovely pictures of Sri Sathya Sai Baba was very nicely done. Overall we found Sai Maa to be a great place to stay, value for money and within walking distance of Prashanti Nilayam

I'd normally find at least 1-2 things for every hotel I stay in that are areas of improvement. Honestly nothing I could speak to on the same for Sai Maa

This is my first time staying at this hotel. I want to say that I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the surroundings and the excellent attitude of the hotel staff. In my opinion, this is a great place to stay in Puttaparthi. Thank you and I will definitely come back.

I had a wonderful stay at Sai Ma Hotel. The room was spotless, and the in-house restaurant served delicious food. The rates were very affordable, making it great value for money. The hotel staff were friendly, attentive, and always eager to assist. Additionally, the location was convenient and easy to find. Overall, a highly enjoyable experience.

Sai Maa Hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is also ready to oblige in any way they can. They are quite flexible with regard to check in and check out timings ( when possible), as well as providing any extras on request.

The hygienic cleanser in the bathroom was leaking. Also, since the bathing area has no partition, the whole bathroom gets wet when we bathe. We also found a small cockroach in the room, which was quite an unpleasant experience.

What impressed me most was the thoughtful and responsible staff. After I checked out, they found something I had left behind and took the effort to safely keep it and return it to me when I came back. That kind of care and honesty really stood out and made me appreciate the service even more.

Manager Mr. Bhavsar is charming, knowledgeable, courteous and competent and all the staff seem to reflect this. Everything comfortable during 4 day stay, especially comfortable bed. A/c great. Hotel fully recommended. Excellent choice in Puttaparthi.

Food a bit uneven, one time delicious, next time not so good. Different chefs?

The restaurant was excellent. All staff were very friendly and helpful 👍 Food was excellent. Close to centre and short walk to Ganesha gate. Shopping nearby.

The bed was slightly hard and a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.
