Like- Staff, pricing, support, easygoing and friendly. Reasonable food pricing with room delivery. Dislike- Pillows were a little softer from my liking. Room overall cleanliness. Saw cockroaches. AC dripped water in my room. Service phone was disconnected. No fridge in room. Hot water was available 24/7 but not from overhead shower but a seperate tap. They made up for it with prompt service and friendly nature.

Location was on Banner - Aundh main road where metro construction is going on and suitable for my need. No variety offered in breakfast. Only poha was offered. Room size is big. Wardrobe is good and well equipped.

No market available nearby. Hotel doesn't prepare food and very few restaurants are available nearby, which are very costly.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff specially behaving like family member, lovely and great first impression of westin resort. Everything about the resort was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

One thing can be improved, there we cockroaches running around in the bathroom most of the time.

We booked this hotel after reading the reviews but had a pretty average, almost unpleasant experience. For instance, the first room shown to us was badly maintained with stained sheets and had no complimentary toiletries as promised. But the second room was alright. Furthermore, the staff was accommodating and the breakfast decent. Another downside was the obscure location.

This hotel has a lovely ambience. It is quiet and peaceful. Very close to nature as well. I had a lovely stay here as the rooms were clean and there were many amenities. The food in their restaurant was delicious though choices were limited. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Beakfast service is good....but the location u have to search as there is no board outside the campus.

They dont have a kitchen dur to this u have to rely on zomato or swiggy

Break fast was fine, but more variety could be added to suit south indians like dosa, edly. Location is good

staff and room was really nice. everything was working and breakfast in room. one of the nicer stays I found in Pune.

Nothing of a bother really but maybe area outside my window was not clean from where flys and mosquitoes came.
