The Japanese as well as the Indian restaurants were fabulous! Great food and service. Bed was too high, but comfortable.

The breakfast was chaotic. There were too many staff doing the same thing. There was a certain over eagerness. A little less eagerness and more attention to what the guest actually wants would be great. You need to reduce the height of the beds. It is challenging for a short person to climb on th the bed.

Everything about Ritz Carlton was simply excellent, it’s by far one of our best experiences we must say, staffed with quiet well mannered young staff who are ever willing to assist going out of the way… everything abt this place is simply awesome and credit goes to all staff for the excellent services provided… they set a perfect example for excellency in customer service.

The suite was superb. Nicely planned and very comfortable. The property is luxurious.

The staff is not well trained. They must be given proper training. They don’t know how to respond to the guest and his requirements. Very immature are their responses. Such a wonderful property but the people working there are very immature.

The staff were comfortable with their knowledge (considering they were all fairly young) and yet so experienced and helpful in all aspects. Nothing was a problem, very converse with local traditions as well as expectation of the guests - excellent

Room decorated for my daughter's 18th birthday with her photographs! cleanliness and property, it's awesome. We both enjoyed every moment spent there! Staff is very polite and helping. Food is good too.

I paid for the breakfast and club lounge package for my staycation it Gould have been nice if booking.com gave me all options before booking the room. I ended up paying more because I did not know/ see all options.

There is nothing we did not like about the property. All staff was friendly and accommodating and attended to us. Facilities were well kept and maintained. The booking experience could be better in that if we were able to see all options , it would be great.

Everything from the word go was good. The hotel has understood how to impress its guests. Everything from the word go was excellent. Be it the check-in/ the rooms/ the breakfast spread or the Fine Dining Restaurants. One must visit UKIYO the open air Japanese restaurant for its exotic drinks and food. We appreciate the service / help provided by Myna/ Payelika / Vijay srivastava / Jayesh Nakte / Yugal at 3 kitchens restaurant and Mayank at UKIYO - Japanese restaurant besides all others.

Nothing to complaint about

The hotel has all the atributes expected from a Ritz. Nothing was too much for them to arrange, The most lavish/wide-spread breakfast layout I've ever seen.

Could not find a fault with anything.
