The location was very convenient as it is close to the airport and there were a lot of shops conveniently close by. The surroundings of the location was very green and clean. Room was very clean and tidy with an en-suite which were both very good size. The room had good amount of lighting options from bright to low which suited for every need, I liked the fact that complimentary water, drinks and snacks were provided and that a common fridge was available to keep your perishables during your stay. There is always someone available to address anything you need.

The window did not have any mosquito net on it therefore we could not leave the window open for some fresh breeze as on the first night we accidentally let a lot of mosquitoes in by opening the window. The breakfast buffet had very limited options and was expensive for what was offered. It was nice that the staff were happy to make fresh dishes as what was left out on the buffet was stale and dry. It would have been nice to have some fresh milk or UHT milk available rather than the milk powder sachets which just end spilling everywhere or just clump up in the coffee.

The location is amazing. The hotel is really clean - something that sets Bloom Hotels apart in this category. They have done a great job of giving us a budget hotel that one can enjoy staying at. The staff deserves a special mention as they are really friendly and helpful.

The room I got has a great big window - which stares right into the building next door. if I open the curtains, there are about 10 apartments who can look directly into my room. The bathrooms are really tiny (very well maintained though). For a budget hotel, they can lower their prices a little.

I was lucky and had a very spacious room. Breakfast was nice and the hotel is located in and green little street.

A couple of times I asked for something at the reception and was promised that someone would get back to me. This never happened and I always had to ask again.

Staff was great and made up for the overall OK experience here, they were super helpful most times. The room prices are much lower than most other properties in the area, so temper your expectations accordingly. Overall a really decent experience for an overnight trip. Would stay here again.

Breakfast could've been a bit better. They ran out of butter, but were very apologetic about it. Had to constantly ask for sugarfree, coffee sachets etc. in the room, which was a little annoying. The bed was a bit bouncy which made for a not-so-good sleep experience. Parking is rather limited and can be an issue if you want to leave in a hurry. They told us we'll find WiFi info in the email, but didn't get it. We dropped the matter because we had decent network on phone, so no clue about that facility.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Decently sized rooms. Plenty of lighting in the room. Clean bed and bath linen. Hotel is at a great location in a quiet bylane of Koregaon Park. Great value for money. Ideal if you just need a place to crash without breaking the bank.

The hot water in the shower could have been more consistent

My first impression about the stay is most friendly, helpful receptionist and very welcoming staff’s.. it’s my second visit and I had a great stay at BLOOM - Koregaon park: rooms are classy, spacious, neat, clean and very well maintained with modern facilities. A very beautiful place to stay and relax.. This place is very calm, noiseless; covered with trees all around which makes the stay cooler!

The hotel is in quiet location, in heart of the city. It has free parking. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and bed is comfortable. The in house restaurant serves buffet breakfast and limited meals. There are many restaurants nearby. The hotel is value for money and I highly recommend staying here if you want to be in Koregaon Park.

It was very clean and the rooms very spacious. The beds were really comfy too. Good selection for breakfast. The staff (not the night receptionist) were amazing, very polite and super helpful.

On arrival the night staff receptionist was incredibly rude, unhelpful and not welcoming at all. We arrived very early at 6am. We watched him also be rude to another arriving guest.

The staff were very helpful. The view of the trees from the bedroom was lovely. They let us keep our bags there and chill out in the reception area which was so kind. We seriously appreciated the free bottled water and delicious snacks. One of the nicest places we've stayed in India. I would recommend this chain of hotels if you are looking for comfort and ease.

Stayed couple times here due to proximity to our office. Come out of the lane and this property falls in the happening area of town with experience better night life around. Rooms are neat & clean. Good a for night stay.
