Breakfast was very good and well provided by courteous staff. Special mention for Harish who very attentive & looked after that everything was given. Housekeeping staff were also very good. Location is good- peaceful and central.

Guest could not go to rooms. Initially my daughter who was visiting was not allowed in my room for a couple of hours. This policy has not been stated in booking.com. However, on escalating it to manager, this was allowed. My room was very small, although compact.

Excellent location - in the most happening area of Kalyani Nagar, all famous eateries and clubs around, in fact you are spoilt for choice. The reception staff are polite, positive and professional, would like to specially mention Ambika. The restaurant and housekeeping staff are always cheerful and do your bidding.

The management needs to invest in re-furbishing the interiors, the bottom edge of doors and corners are worn out, the grouting needs to be done neatly and most of all the tiles in bath area are extremely slippery. Option is to either change them to non slippery kind or place anti slip bath mats. Please look at the electrical fittings, most need replacement as they are non functional and show signs of wear. I have stayed at AR Suites Fontana Bay 4 times in the last 1 year, and this is where I stay whenever I visit Pune. The hotel is excellent value for money. The suites are spacious with a bedroom and separate living room. Well equipped with all amenities and a comfortable desk for working. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. A special mention for Harish in the dining room who is extremely attentive to all the guests' needs. Also to Yohan Sallagali and Suraj, the housekeeping staff who kept my room meticulously clean. The hotel is also a stones throw from several great eating places and pubs. All in all, an excellent place to stay if you are looking for a place in Kalyani Nagar.

The location was fantastic, calm and green. Good eateries were walking distance. Staff was warm and welcoming. Special mention for the gentleman serving us breakfast. He was a great host. I'm sorry, but I can't remember his name. He was a tall guy. I would definitely recommend this place to all.

The location was good. Easy access to cabs. Well maintained location. Breakfast was good.

The 1st day of my stay was start of Ram-Navmi/ Gudi-Padwa. so it would have been nice if we could get something to eat for Breakfast (Food related To Fasting). The staff was informed well inadvance

Clealiness of the bathroom and the whole room.

Charges for the very minimal amount of chips and nuts, which could have been given complimentary as, given a good amount for a one night stay. Netflix and other OTT channels doesn't work, only cable that should be worked on.

Spacious rooms with good facilities in an excellent location. Great food options in and around to visit or order from.

Bathroom and wash basins had some mold which should be cleaned. Toileteries were expected at that price point. Water provided for drinking had some odour.

Nice relaxing stay. People at this property are humble and responsive. Harish from the Cafeteria was as always lively and welcoming, taking good care of your food and breakfast. Food was very tasty as well.

A gang of 3 men and a woman stayed next to my room; they were loud, often smoking in lobby and not very cultured. Thankfully they weren’t seen around apart from one day.

Excellent location at Kalyani Nagar. Close to major shopping area, Banks and restaurants. Excellent studio apartment with a living room, kitchen area and a bedroom. Excellent bath room with hot cold shower Rooftop restaurant serves decent complimentary breakfast. 5 * facilities at 3 * price

Excellent location. We had stayed in Pune previously so we walked around to all nearby good places like Kalyani veg, Irani cafe, Wadeshwar etc and KP is 5 min away. Staff was very helpful and food quality was good too. Breakfast spread was decent and service is prompt.
