The staff were friendly and very helpful. It was a very nice and well decorated room, spacious and well laid out. The hotel is attractive. The breakfast was very good and so was the restaurant. Located away from the madness of downtown Pune, so peaceful. Yet the staff were always ready to arrange transport with Uber for me for wherever I wanted to go. On balance I would recommend this hotel and regard it as very good value for money.

This may only refer to the room I stayed in, but the window in the bathroom was not properly insulated so there were a number of mosquitoes at night. The toilet was poor at flushing and one had to flush a number of times to properly flush it. The room had a common balcony with an adjoining room but only the adjoining room had access to this balcony. A bit of an intrusion into one's privacy. The rooms all face into a common area on the ground floor, so there might be a noise issue with some of the lower level rooms. My room was on the 3rd floor so did not have an issue but then the hotel was not particularly busy during my stay.

The property was very pretty and well kept. The rooms and bathroom were very spacious, perfect for a family. The dining area and outdoor area were quaint. The staff was very polite and prompt in helping. We stayed overnight in the hotel and had no complaints whatsoever.

The AC was right above the bed and the draft was straight on our heads. Save that, I have no complaints.

Very clean, neat, well decorated and lively place. We spent 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the room size, view, quiet location and spacious balcony. Breakfast spread was really good too with a menu that changed daily.

The cleaning staff threw out our toothbrushes and toothpaste on one of the day’s room cleaning - for no reason! That was very unfortunate!

The receptionist when I arrived was Mr. SURAJ. I want to praise him! When I found out that they were giving me a room on the top floor, without an elevator, I told him, because I have a problem with my leg. He immediately changed my room to a room on the ground floor.

When I checked out, they tried to charge me 400 rupees for "cleaning a dirty towel". I'm really sorry, I put food on the towel. Mistake. But the hotel is supposed to wash towels and it will be ... Clean, isn't it? To charge for it the price of a new towel ??thankd

The hotel is situated in a good green side road away from traffic. The room and bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The staff are courteous and polite. The breakfast spread was good. Stay is worth the room tariff

The only unusual thing I found was that the room was slightly dusty.

Had an excellent stay here for a week. The rooms are comfy and they have great room service. The receptionists and staff were very friendly. Also the food is really good. Also the location is great and near to the airport. Overall 10/10 experience.
