Had a wonderful 4-night stay at The Royal Orchid in one of their lovely suites on the 8th floor. The rooms were spacious, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. What really stood out was the warm and attentive service, from the reception team to housekeeping, laundry, restaurant staff, and even the security guards . Everyone made us feel truly welcomed. The breakfast was fantastic too, a great spread with just the right level of spice to suit all taste buds. The hotel’s location in Kalyani Nagar was perfect, especially since I had a few meetings nearby. I’m really glad I chose to stay here. My mum absolutely enjoyed the experience as well! Big thanks to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. Keep up the amazing hospitality!

The location is very close to the airport. It is a beautiful property, the staff is courteous and the breakfast spread is above average. I had an early check-in at 3am and everything was ready for me when I reached the location, I just picked my key card, went to my room and dozed off.

Tariff is a tad bit on the higher side, but considering the location, amenities and the availability (or lack of) properties near the area it is understood.

The suite was quite big. The bed was quite large and comfortable. The sitting arrangement with a suitable sized TV for viewing was good. Regular hot water supply was great. The microwave in the kitchenet was a surprise and so was the cutlery.

The location was near a dumping site alongside a heavily polluted nallah, which was visible from the window. Didn't like the view. The roar of the bikes in the still of the night was very disturbing. Couldn't sleep comfortably. The lighting arrangement should have been bright. Some more ready to make tea and coffee preparation kits like sugar & milk pouches should have been provided. The kitchenet should be provided with instant noodle/pasta, instant soup pouches, etc. for its utilization, otherwise its a wastage for the guest, as was with my case. Two plastic chairs in the balcony should be kept. More cloth hangers should be provided. Hand towels should have been provided. For the price paid, tooth brush kits and shaving kits should have been provided.

Really good spacious rooms with all required facilities specially when staying with your family. Harshada from Front Office was excellent and very helpful. Loved the outdoor area for breakfast in the morning Buffet breakfast was also good with multiple options. Location was awesome and located close to some good options for shopping & food. Airport & Railway Station are also not far from the hotels location.

Room very comfortable and good size , good selection for breakfast , good location. Some staff confident and friendly , others need customer service training.

Some staff lack customer service skills , ie. lack confidence to interact with guests , so need more training. Other all good.

location was great, quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and shopping. staff was excellent and very responsive

entrance to the hotel could use sprucing up. the public areas carpet and decor looks tired and could use upgrading

The room was gr8. Very spacious and comfortable. I stayed for 5 days and regretted a bit while leaving. Room had a good balcony view opening on a green expanse. Staff was very courteous and quick responding. Breakfast spread and quality was very good. Very fulfilling. Gym was gr8. The room had a nice small kitchenette with oven, fridge etc.. I had gone for solitude and gr8 stay. I enjoyed both. Thank you

Nothing really that I did not like. If I have to search for something, let say that the prices of items in the minibar were extremely prohibitive. It seemed as if the hotel was discouraging guests from using it.

Did not get the opportunity to eat breakfast as we were late. Overall comfortable stay. Very supportive & courteous staff. Location is great.

The front office is not impressive.

The property was well maintained and the rooms were neat and tidy. very well planned with all amenities. The staff made us very comfortable and we had a smooth check in/out. Special Thanks to Rutuja, Harshada and other staff manning the reception desk along with Mr. Hari for making this stay a memorable one for all of us.
