From the moment I booked, I received excellent service from the staff. I had requested an early check-in due to my travel schedule, and the team was extremely accommodating. A big thank you to Asmita, who patiently explained all the necessary details over the phone regarding my stay, early check-in, and documentation. Her calm and professional approach made everything seamless. Upon arrival, Shubham and Vyankatesh made sure the check-in process was smooth and quick. They were welcoming, polite, and efficient exactly what I needed after a long journey. Also, Mr. Chirag, who is a genuinely kind person and assisted me with my luggage during departure. His helpful attitude really stood out and left a great impression.

I had an amazing experience at the hotel, and I want to thank Vyankatesh and Shubham for their exceptional service. After a long, exhausting trip, Vyankatesh went out of his way to accommodate me with an early check-in, which made all the difference. His kindness and efficiency really helped me settle in comfortably. Shubham also provided excellent service, ensuring everything was taken care of. I like the location for the purpose of my trip as it is closer to the airport too. I like the nice buffet breakfast with several mixed options from continental and Indian food. Staff was very helpful and kind as well.

It would be nice to have the gym maintained and have few different machines. Since I stayed for more than a week I did manage to go few times. It is a personal choice but would be good to have it maintained gym if you provide the facility in the hotel.

Location is very convenient for air travelers as it is not very far from airport. Even for those traveling by train the Ramwadi metro is near from where it is only 10-15 minutes to Pune Junction. Phoenix market city mall is also very near. The breakfast is good with a nice spread. The room is spacious and well lit.

It would be good if the windows could be soundproof.

For those who have seen student University accommodation in western countries this would be a reminder of those accommodations. Modular WC/shower etc. The room service out of hours is very limited despite claims of 24 hours in room dining. The bar has limited selection of drinks. If you can pay another 1000 INR per night then you would be better off in Novotel etc nearby.

I recently stayed at the Hotel during my business travel in February 2023 and had a fantastic experience. The rooms and washrooms were immaculately clean and the beds and linens were comfortable. The hotel's location near the Phoenix mall, the biggest mall in Pune, and its proximity to the airport were both very convenient. In addition, there was a delicious and spicy street food lane just a short distance away. The decoration of the hotel was extraordinary and the vibrant colors throughout the hotel brought a smile to my face. While the food could use some additional attention from the chef, the most amazing thing about the hotel was their commitment to using recyclable products, packaging, and even cutlery. Overall, I would highly recommend the Hotel IBIS Pune for anyone traveling to Pune. The cleanliness, convenient location, and eco-friendly practices make it a great choice. I will certainly be choosing this hotel for my future trips to Pune."

The food needs some extra care and the WIFI was not stable on the first day.

Ibis viman Nagar Pune is good property for business stay. Staff is motivated and very conscious about residents' comfort. Food quality is good. Breakfast spread is great. Centrally located.. overall a pleasing experience.

Staff in the restaurant is very motivated and tries best to meet customer requirements..but restaurant needs to augment staff during rush hour. Corridor carpets smell is annoying sometimes. Ibis needs to provide luggage stools as senior citizens need that.

Generally every thing was ok other than 1 thing

my booking reads 1 night stay in the hotel. but whe i checked in front office said that my booking was a day booking only and to make it 1 night i was asked to pay additional USD 15 which I paid. my expected saving was wasted

The location was perfect for me. Reception & check in experience was nice

Difficulty in opening the room door through the key & I had to wait for another key. Noise during the night, I don't know where it was coming from. No slip ons for the guest. The hair dryer wasn't working.

Room was comfortable and defects quickly attended to. Security was excellent and the staff at reception excellent. They assisted with a courtesy trip when it rained. The bedding was high quality.

Breakfast was terrible. Cannot say more. Terrible. The sidewalk could be improved.
