I recently had the opportunity to stay at Lemon Tree Viman Nagar, and I must say that my experience was truly delightful. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Upon check-in, I had already raised a complaint regarding certain issues in my room. To my pleasant surprise, the hotel General Manager and staff promptly acknowledged my concerns and assured me that the problems would be resolved. It was evident that they took my feedback seriously and were determined to provide a comfortable stay. Throughout my stay, the staff at Lemon Tree Viman Nagar proved to be extremely helpful and courteous. They were always ready to assist me with any queries or requests, ensuring that I felt well taken care of. The personal attention shown by the manager was particularly impressive, as they personally addressed the issues I had raised, demonstrating a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. On the day of my departure, I had an early check-out but needed to store my luggage. The hotel graciously allowed me to keep my belongings in their safe storage facility, which provided me with peace of mind. Moreover, upon my return to the hotel to collect my luggage, I was pleasantly surprised to be offered a fresh room to freshen up before heading to the airport. This gesture greatly enhanced my overall experience, as I felt refreshed and ready for my journey. As a final gesture of their exceptional service, the hotel provided me with a complimentary drop-off service to the airport. This unexpected gesture truly exceeded my expectations and demonstrated the hotel's dedication to guest satisfaction. In summary, Lemon Tree Viman Nagar is a hotel that not only listens to its guests' concerns but also takes prompt action to resolve them. The staff's helpful and courteous nature, along with the personal attention from the manager, made my stay memorable and enjoyable.

The air-conditioner wasn't cooling the room enough but the same was taken care of by General Manager. Their dedication to customer service sets them apart, and I would not hesitate to return for another stay in the future.

Breakfast was nice and functional .one day Amul butter ran out and we were given some margarine which we dot eat and next day the apples were over so generally these fruits and butter items could have been better stocked but other than that the experience of staying was good and shriya in the f&b amd shubham in front office reception were very good and service oriented

Location is OK. I did not have the opportunity to have Breakfast as I had to leave Early. I had asked for some B.F. to be Packed & given. They packed & gave the Qt was so meager for 2 we had to have 2nd B.F on the way in another location.

The Lobby is very small. The food in the Restaurant is Exorbitantly charged for Very Substandard quality of FOOD.

The distance to the airport was great which made our trip super smooth and easy. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the staff was extremely helpful too, thanks to them we managed to get great food in the middle of the night.

There were plenty of options and the food was steaming hot. You can have veg as well as non veg dishes also.

They could have provided one more chair in the room.Better quality of hand towel.

The staff were very courteous and ensured a seamless experience. The room was very comfortable.

The AC controls in the room could've been better. it was very cold even when the ac was turned off.

I forgot my gold rings on the room table and left for office work. Realised it after couple of hours. When I informed front desk they immediately requested security to store gold rings in room locker. Appreciate this action by hotel staff.

Free Wifi connection to only two items. I did not like. Charging for third instrument is not appreciated

The hotel is close to the airport is a major factor that works for it.

1. At the price point they sell, there are better hotels like Novotel right behind. 2. The hotel still seems to be in cost-cutting mode. They have specific hours for hot water in the room. Not something you expect, especially, if you book their suite. 3. Room Service has limited options and even then what they served was deplorable.

Breakfast was very good. But there were only few non-veg items. The staffs were very helpful.

Rooms shold be little more clean.
