We recently stayed at The Westin Pune for five nights as a family of three and would like to express our appreciation for the exceptional experience we had. The property is outstanding — impeccably clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located close to the centre of Pune. The daily breakfast offerings were particularly impressive, with an extensive variety of dishes prepared to a high standard by the culinary team. We also had the opportunity to dine at the hotel’s in-house themed restaurants — Aafreen, Asilo, and The Market — all of which provided excellent dining experiences in terms of both ambience and cuisine. Throughout our stay, the staff demonstrated remarkable professionalism, cordiality, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. In particular, we would like to commend Ms. Vaishnavi, Assistant Manager, for her exemplary interactions with guests; her attentive and courteous approach greatly enhanced our experience. We would also like to specially mention Ms. Shreya from the front office, whose cheerful and welcoming disposition was always uplifting. Additionally, Mr. Shailesh from The Market restaurant consistently provided attentive and thoughtful service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience every day. We sincerely appreciate the efforts of all the chefs, especially for the outstanding breakfast preparations, which were a highlight of our stay. Overall, our experience at The Westin Pune was excellent, and we would highly recommend the property to others. We look forward to staying here again during future visits to Pune. We felt that the front desk staff could enhance the guest experience by adopting a warmer and more approachable demeanor. A genuine smile and a welcoming attitude would go a long way in making guests feel comfortable and valued. While professionalism is important, an overly serious disposition may sometimes come across as uninviting, which could detract from the overall hospitality experience.

The staff, the cleanliness, the morning breakfast, the hotel facilities and amenities were really good for our family of four. The housekeeping staff were very courteous every time and ensured that our rooms, one of which was a smoking one was tidy and clean at all times and always welcoming whenever we were back to our rooms. Miss Vaishnavi Shinde ensured that nothing was lacking during our stay and the efforts made by the front office staff to ensure a prompt checkin after our tiring ride from Mumbai to Pune was really appreciative.

Such variety and so much warmth the breakfast was served, each meal became extra special because of hospitality of staff , a hospitality I last experienced in Taj group of hotels , everybody from front desk to people serving us went above n beyond their duty , really commendable , special mention to three young people in serving team for breakfast, lunch , dinner amit, sanjay and danish , such young lads with so much empathy smile n warmth , my son loved his stay, will definitely be back in future and recommend westin stay in particular to all my friends

Our stay at the Westin Pune was wonderful. Out of all the Marriot bonvoy locations I’ve stayed in, this has been the best experience due to the staff. From the minute you walk in each staff member provides exceptional service. The security greet you with friendliness and respect, the front desk staff were so helpful and go above and beyond. The cleaning staff were very responsive and provided great service. This hotel can be used for a training on how to provide great service. We will definitely be staying here again

Exceptional service. Thoughtful ambience and complete privacy. I stayed at The Westin Pune with family. We all loved our time at the property notably because of the super quick service by the happy and polite staff. This is also an ideal location because I wanted to stay near the Pune airport. I had booked room with lounge access which allowed us to spend the evenings at the Asilo where we had great food and drinks served by the friendliest staff. Breakfast buffet at the Market (its name of a restaurant at the facility) had lots of Indian cuisine options which I particularly was looking forward to.

The staff across the hotel that we met were excellent without exception. We got upgraded to club rooms which were spacious. We had asked for an early check in at 2 pm and an extra bed in one room, an everything was ready when we arrived.

The food in the Indian restaurant was overly spicy, overwhelms the flavours in the food. None of the selection of quality coffees in the cafe are actually available, in fact only one variety is offered, which was average.

The grand entrance and elegant lobby set the tone for what was to come. The check-in process was swift and personalized, with a warm welcome from the front desk team. What truly set The Westin apart was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to assist.

Staff are very welcoming and hospitable. We were greeted with warmth and positive attitude. From managers to guards- everyone was so welcoming. The room was clean and service was excellent. Breakfast was fabulous. They have alternative options for everyone! We really enjoyed it there and highly recommend to anyone visiting Pune.

Rooms were big and clean. Spacious with big bathrooms along with bathtub facility.

The swimming pool could have been better with a changing room next to it rather than 2 floors down. Even the wash room near the swimming pool was 2 floors down.

The property is situated close to the airport and some of the central locations in Pune, which helped us move around easily. Breakfast was amazing with wide variety of choices. Room was clean and the staff was very customer focused.

The pub in the second floor, whilst is an amazing place to unwind, there were too many mosquitoes.
